1. اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي خَرَجْتُ مِنْ مَنْزِلِي أَبْغِي فَضْلَكَ\
   *allahumma inni kharajtu min manzili abghi fadlaka*\
   O Allah, I leave my house seeking Your bounties

2. وَأَزُورُ وَصِيَّ نَبِيِّكَ صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِمَا\
   *wa azuru wasiyya nabiyyika salawatuka \`alayhima*\
   and visiting the Viceroy of Your Prophet—peace of You be upon both of them.

3. اَللَّهُمَّ فَيَسِّرْ ذٰلِكَ لِي\
   *allahumma fayassir dhalika li*\
   So, O Allah, (please do) make it easy for me,

4. وَسَبِّبِ ٱلْمَزَارَ لَهُ\
   *wa sabbibi almazara lahu*\
   help me pay this visit to him,

5. وَٱخْلُفْنِي فِي عَاقِبَتِي وَحُزَانَتِي\
   *wakhlufni fi \`aqibati wa huzanati*\
   and take my place, while I am away, in my affairs and possessions

6. بِأَحْسَنِ الْخِلاَفَةِ\
   *bi'ahsani alkhilafati*\
   in the best manner of taking place.

7. يَا أَرْحَمَ ٱلرَاحِمِينَ\
   *ya arhama alrrahimina*\
   O most Merciful of all those who show mercy!

8. اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ\
   *alhamdu lillahi*\
   All praise be to Allah.

9. سُبْحَانَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *subhana allahi*\
   All glory be to Allah.

10. لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ ٱللَّهُ\
   *la ilaha illa allahu*\
   There is no god but Allah.

11. اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ٱللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ\
   *allahu akbaru allahu akbaru*\
   Allah is the Most Great. Allah is the Most Great.

12. أَهْلَ ٱلْكِبْرِيَاءِ وَٱلْمَجْدِ وَٱلْعَظَمَةِ\
   *ahla alkibriya'i walmajdi wal\`azamati*\
   O worthiest of exaltation, glorification, and grandeur.

13. اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ أَهْلَ ٱلتَّكْبِيرِ وَٱلتَّقدِْيسِ\
   *allahu akbaru ahla alttakbiri walttaqdisi*\
   Allah is the Most Great. O worthiest of being deemed Great, of sanctification,

14. وَٱلتَّسْبِيحِ وَٱلآلاَءِ\
   *walttasbihi wal-ala'i*\
   of glorification, and of granting bounties.

15. اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ مِمَّا أَخَافُ وَأَحْذَرُ\
   *allahu akbaru mimma akhafu wa ahdharu*\
   Allah is Greater than what I fear and what I worry about.

16. اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ عِمَادِي وَعَلَيْهِ أَتَوَكَّلُ\
   *allahu akbaru \`imadi wa \`alayhi atawakkalu*\
   Allah is the Most Great; He is my support and on Him do I rely.

17. اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ رَجَائِي وَإِلَيْهِ أُنيبُ\
   *allahu akbaru raja'i wa ilayhi unibu*\
   Allah is the Most Great; He is my hope and to Him do I turn.

18. اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ وَلِيُّ نِعْمَتِي\
   *allahumma anta waliyyu ni\`mati*\
   O Allah, You are indeed the source of my blessings

19. وَٱلْقَادِرُ عَلَىٰ طَلِبَتِي\
   *walqadiru \`ala talibati*\
   and You alone can respond to my request.

20. تَعْلَمُ حَاجَتِي\
   *ta\`lamu hajati*\
   You know my neediness

21. وَمَا تُضْمِرُهُ هَوَاجِسُ ٱلصُّدُورِ\
   *wa ma tudmiruhu hawajisu alssuduri*\
   and whatever is concealed by the premonitions of hearts

22. وَخَوَاطِرُ ٱلنُّفُوسِ\
   *wa khawatiru alnnufusi*\
   and the thoughts of inner selves.

23. فَأَسْأَلُكَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ ٱلْمُصْطَفَىٰ\
   *fa'as'aluka bimuhammadin almustafa*\
   I therefore beseech You in the name of Muhammad, the Chosen Prophet,

24. ٱلَّذِي قَطَعْتَ بِهِ حُجَجَ ٱلْمُحْتَجِّينَ\
   *alladhi qata\`ta bihi hujaja almuhtajjina*\
   through whom You have stopped all the claims of those who may excuse

25. وَعُذْرَ ٱلْمُعْتَذِرِينَ\
   *wa \`udhra almu\`tadhirina*\
   and the pretexts of those who may make apologies

26. وَجَعَلْتَهُ رَحْمَةً لِلْعَالَمِينَ\
   *wa ja\`altahu rahmatan lil\`alamina*\
   and whom You have decided to be mercy to the peoples,

27. أَنْ لاََ تَحْرِمَنِي ثَوَابَ زِيَارَةِ وَلِيِّكَ\
   *an la tahrimani thawaba ziyarati waliyyika*\
   (I beseech You) not to deprive me of the rewards of my visiting Your intimate servant,

28. وَأَخِي نَبِيِّكَ أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَقَصْدَهُ\
   *wa akhi nabiyyika amiri almu'minina wa qasdahu*\
   the brother of Your Prophet, and the Commander of the Believers and my directing to him,

29. وَتَجْعَلَنِي مِنْ وَفْدِهِ ٱلصَّالِحِينَ\
   *wa taj\`alani min wafdihi alssalihina*\
   and to include me with the virtuous delegation to him

30. وَشِيعَتِهِ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ\
   *wa shi\`atihi almuttaqina*\
   and with his pious adherents;

31. بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ ٱلرَّاحِمِينَ\
   *birahmatika ya arhama alrrahimina*\
   (I beseech for that) in the name of Your mercy, O most Merciful of all those who show mercy.

32. اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَىٰ مَا ٱخْتَصَّنِي بِهِ\
   *alhamdu lillahi \`ala ma ikhtassani bihi*\
   All praise be to Allah, for He has conferred upon me exclusively

33. مِنْ طِيبِ ٱلْمَوْلِدِ\
   *min tibi almawlidi*\
   the legitimacy of birth,

34. وَٱسْتَخْلَصَنِي إِكْرَاماً بِهِ\
   *wastakhlasani ikraman bihi*\
   and for He has bestowed me, out of His honoring me,

35. مِنْ مُوَالاَةِ ٱلأَبْرَارِ\
   *min muwalati al-abrari*\
   with the loyalty to the pious,

36. ٱلسَّفَرَةِ ٱلأَطْهَارِ\
   *alssafarati al-athari*\
   immaculate representatives (of Him),

37. وَٱلْخَيَرَةِ ٱلأَعْلاَمِ\
   *walkhiyarati al-a\`lami*\
   the best of all, and the most knowledgeable.

38. اَللَّهُمَّ فَتَقَبَّلْ سَعْيِي إِلَيْكَ\
   *allahumma fataqabbal sa\`yi ilayka*\
   O Allah, (please do) accept my seeking for You

39. وَتَضَرُّعِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ\
   *wa tadarru\`i bayna yadayka*\
   and my earnest imploration in Your Presence

40. وَٱغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ ٱلَّتِي لاََ تَخْفَىٰ عَلَيْكَ\
   *waghfir liya aldhdhunuba allati la takhfa \`alayka*\
   and (please do) forgive my sins that cannot be hidden from You.

41. إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمَلِكُ ٱلْغَفَّارُ\
   *innaka anta allahu almaliku alghaffaru*\
   Indeed, You are Allah, the King, the All-forgiving.

42. اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي هَدَانَا لِهٰذَا\
   *alhamdu lillahi alladhi hadana lihadha*\
   All praise be to Allah Who has guided us to this;

43. وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْلاَ أَنْ هَدَانَا ٱللَّهُ\
   *wa ma kunna linahtadiya lawla an hadana allahu*\
   and we would not have found the way had it not been that Allah had guided us.

44. اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي سَيَّرَنِي فِي بِلاَدِهِ\
   *alhamdu lillahi alladhi sayyarani fi biladihi*\
   All praise be to Allah Who has made me travel in His countries,

45. وَحَمَلَنِي عَلَىٰ دَوَابِّهِ\
   *wa hamalani \`ala dawabbihi*\
   Who has caused me to ride His animals,

46. وَطَوَىٰ لِيَ ٱلْبَعِيدَ\
   *wa tawa liya alba\`ida*\
   Who has made the distant space seem near for me,

47. وَصَرَفَ عَنِّيَ ٱلْمَحْذوُرَ\
   *wa sarafa \`anniya almahdhura*\
   Who has kept away from me what is dangerous,

48. وَدَفَعَ عَنِّيَ ٱلْمَكْرُوهَ\
   *wa dafa\`a \`anniya almakruha*\
   and Who has held off against me what is unwanted

49. حَتَّىٰ أَقْدَمَنِي حَرَمَ أَخِي رَسُولِهِ\
   *hatta aqdamani harama akhi rasulihi*\
   until He made me come up to the Precinct of the brother of His Messenger,

50. صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ\
   *salla allahu \`alayhi wa alihi*\
   peace be upon him and his Household.

51. اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي أَدْخَلَنِي هٰذِهِ ٱلْبُقْعَةَ ٱلْمُبَارَكَةَ\
   *alhamdu lillahi alladhi adkhalani hadhihi albuq\`ata almubarakata*\
   All praise be to Allah Who has allowed me to enter this blessed zone,

52. ٱلَّتِي بَارَكَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهَا\
   *allati baraka allahu fiha*\
   which Allah has blessed

53. وَٱخْتَارَهَا لِوَصِيِّ نَبِيِّهِ\
   *wakhtaraha liwasiyyi nabiyyihi*\
   and has chosen for His Prophet’s Successor.

54. اَللَّهُمَّ فَٱجْعَلْهَا شَاهِدَةً لِي\
   *allahumma faj\`alha shahidatan li*\
   O Allah, (please do) make this zone witness for me.

55. اَللَّهُمَّ بِبَابِكَ وَقَفْتُ\
   *allahumma bibabika waqaftu*\
   O Allah, I have stopped at Your door,

56. وَبِفَنَائِكَ نَزَلْتُ\
   *wa bifina'ika nazaltu*\
   I have come to Your court,

57. وَبِحَبْلِكَ ٱعْتَصَمْتُ\
   *wa bihablika i\`tasamtu*\
   to Your Cord do I cling,

58. وِلِرَحْمَتِكَ تَعَرَّضْتُ\
   *wa lirahmatika ta\`arradtu*\
   Your mercy do I seek,

59. وَبِوَلِيِّكَ صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَسَّلْتُ\
   *wa biwaliyyika salawatuka \`alayhi tawassaltu*\
   and by Your Intimate Servant—may Your blessings be upon him—do I beg You.

60. فَٱجْعَلْهَا زِيَارَةً مَقْبُولَةً\
   *faj\`alha ziyaratan maqbulatan*\
   So, (please do) make it an admissible visit

61. وَدُعَاءً مُسْتَجَاباً\
   *wa du\`a'an mustajaban*\
   and a responded supplication.

62. اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ هٰذَا ٱلْحَرَمَ حَرَمُكَ\
   *allahumma inna hadha alharama haramuka*\
   O Allah, this holy place is indeed, Yours,

63. وَٱلْمَقَامَ مَقَامُكَ\
   *walmaqama maqamuka*\
   this situation is Yours,

64. وَأَنَا أَدْخُلُ إِلَيْهِ أُنَاجيكَ\
   *wa ana adkhulu ilayhi unajika*\
   and I am entering here so as to confide to You

65. بِمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي\
   *bima anta a\`lamu bihi minni*\
   things that You are more knowledgeable than I am

66. وَمَنْ سِرِّي وَنَجْوَايَ\
   *wa min sirri wa najwaya*\
   as well as You are more knowledgeable than I am as regards my secrets and my confidential speech.

67. اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلْحَنَّانِ ٱلْمَنَّانِ ٱلْمُتَطَوِّلِ\
   *alhamdu lillahi alhannani almannani almutatawwili*\
   All praise be to Allah, the All-benevolent, the All-favorer, the All-munificent,

68. ٱلَّذِي مِنْ تَطَوُّلِهِ سَهَّلَ لِي زِيَارَةَ مَوْلاَيَ بِإِحْسَانِهِ\
   *alladhi min tatawwulihi sahhala li ziyarata mawlaya bi'ihsanihi*\
   Who, out of His munificence, has made it easy for me to visit my master,

69. وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْنِي عَنْ زِيَارَتِهِ مَمْنُوعاً\
   *wa lam yaj\`alni \`an ziyaratihi mamnu\`an*\
   Who has not made me banned from visiting him,

70. وَلاَ عَنْ وِلاَيَتِهِ مَدْفُوعاً\
   *wa la \`an wilayatihi madfu\`an*\
   and Who has not included me with those who are prevented from being loyal to his (Divinely commissioned) leadership;

71. بَلْ تَطَوَّلَ وَمَنَحَ\
   *bal tatawwala wa manaha*\
   rather, He has bestowed upon me and donated me (this favor).

72. اَللَّهُمَّ كَمَا مَنَنْتَ عَلَيَّ بِمَعْرِفَتِهِ\
   *allahumma kama mananta \`alayya bima\`rifatihi*\
   O Allah, just as You have conferred upon me with the favor of recognition of him,

73. فَٱجْعَلْنِي مِنْ شِيعَتِهِ\
   *faj\`alni min shi\`atihi*\
   so also (please do) include me with his adherents (Shi\`ah)

74. وَأَدْخِلْنِي ٱلْجَنَّةَ بِشَفَاعَتِهِ\
   *wa adkhilni aljannata bishafa\`atihi*\
   and allow me to enter Paradise by means of his intercession,

75. يَا أَرْحَمَ ٱلرَّاحِمِينَ\
   *ya arhama alrrahimina*\
   O most merciful of all those who show mercy.

76. اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي أَكْرَمَنِي بِمَعْرِفَتِهِ\
   *alhamdu lillahi alladhi akramani bima\`rifatihi*\
   All praise be to Allah Who has honored me with the recognition of Him,

77. وَمَعْرِفَةِ رَسُولِهِ\
   *wa ma\`rifati rasulihi*\
   the recognition of His Messenger,

78. وَمَنْ فَرَضَ عَلَيَّ طَاعَتَهُ\
   *wa man farada \`alayya ta\`atahu*\
   and the recognition of him the obedience to whom has been made incumbent upon me by Him

79. رَحْمَةً مِنْهُ لِي\
   *rahmatan minhu li*\
   on account of His mercy to me,

80. وَتَطَوُّلاًَ مِنْهُ عَلَيَّ\
   *wa tatawwulan minhu \`alayya*\
   His favor that He bestowed upon me,

81. وَمَنَّ عَلَيَّ بِٱلإِيـمَانِ\
   *wa manna \`alayya bil'imani*\
   and His conferral upon me with faith.

82. الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي أَدْخَلَنِي حَرَمَ أَخِي رَسُولِهِ\
   *alhamdu lillahi alladhi adkhalani harama akhi rasulihi*\
   All praise be to Allah Who has allowed me to enter the shrine of His Messenger’s brother

83. وَأَرَانِيهِ فِي عَافِيَةٍ\
   *wa aranihi fi \`afiyatin*\
   and has made me see this shrine while I enjoy good health.

84. اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَنِي مِنْ زُوَّارِ قَبْرِ وَصِيِّ رَسُولِهِ\
   *alhamdu lillahi alladhi ja\`alani min zuwwari qabri wasiyyi rasulihi*\
   All praise be to Allah Who has included me with the visitors of the tomb of His Messenger’s successor.

85. أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاََ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ ٱللَّهُ\
   *ashhadu an la ilaha illa allahu*\
   I bear witness that there is no god but Allah,

86. وَحْدَهُ لاََ شَرِيكَ لَهُ\
   *wahdahu la sharika lahu*\
   alone without having any associate,

87. وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ\
   *wa ashhadu anna muhammadan \`abduhu wa rasuluhu*\
   and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger.

88. جَاءَ بِٱلْحَقِّ مِنْ عِنْدِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *ja'a bilhaqqi min \`indi allahi*\
   He has conveyed the truth from Allah.

89. وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ عَلِيّاً عَبْدُ ٱللَّهِ وَأَخُو رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *wa ashhadu anna \`aliyyan \`abdu allahi wa akhu rasuli allahi*\
   And I bear witness that Ali is the servant of Allah and the brother of Allah’s Messenger.

90. اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ٱللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ٱللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ\
   *allahu akbaru allahu akbaru allahu akbaru*\
   Allah is the Most Great. Allah is the Most Great. Allah is the Most Great.

91. لاََ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَٱللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ\
   *la ilaha illa allahu wallahu akbaru*\
   There is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Most Great.

92. وَٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَىٰ هِدَايَتِهِ\
   *walhamdu lillahi \`ala hidayatihi*\
   All praise be to Allah for He has guided me

93. وَتَوْفِيقِهِ لِمَا دَعَا إِلَيْهِ مِنْ سَبِيلِهِ\
   *wa tawfiqihi lima da\`a ilayhi min sabilihi*\
   and led me successfully to His course to which He has invited (us).

94. اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ أَفْضَلُ مَقْصُودٍ\
   *allahumma innaka afdalu maqsudin*\
   O Allah, You are indeed, the most excellent besought One

95. وَأَكْرَمُ مَأْتِيٍّ\
   *wa akramu matiyyin*\
   and the most honorable purposed One.

96. وَقَدْ أَتَيْتُكَ مُتَقَرِّباً إِلَيْكِ\
   *wa qad ataytuka mutaqarriban ilayka*\
   I thus have come to You, seeking nearness to You

97. بِنَبِيِّكَ نَبِيِّ ٱلرَّحْمَةِ\
   *binabiyyika nabiyyi alrrahmati*\
   in the name of Your Prophet, the Prophet of Mercy

98. وَبِأَخِيهِ أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *wa bi'akhihi amiri almu'minina*\
   and in the name of his brother, the Commander of the Faithful,

99. عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عَلَيْهِمَا ٱلسَّلاَمُ\
   *\`aliyyi bni abi talibin \`alayhima alssalamu*\
   Ali the son of Abu Talib—peace be upon them both.

100. فَصَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ\
   *fasalli \`ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin*\
   So, (please do) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

101. وَلاَ تُخَيِّبْ سَعْيِي\
   *wa la tukhayyib sa\`yi*\
   do not disappoint my efforts,

102. وَٱنْظُرْ إِلَيَّ نَظْرَةً رَحيمَةً تُنْعَشُنِي بِهَا\
   *wanzur ilayya nazratan rahimatan tun\`ishuni biha*\
   (please) grant me a merciful look from You through which You refresh me,

103. وَٱجْعَلْنِي عِنْدَكَ وَجِيهاً فِي ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلآخِرَةِ\
   *waj\`alni \`indaka wajihan fi alddunya wal-akhirati*\
   make me illustrious in Your view in this world as well as the world to come,

104. وَمِنَ ٱلْمُقَرَّبِينَ\
   *wa min almuqarrabina*\
   and make me of those brought near to You.

105. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala rasuli allahi*\
   Peace be upon Allah’s Messenger

106. أَمِينِ ٱللَّهِ عَلَىٰ وَحْيِهِ وَعَزَائِمِ أَمْرِهِ\
   *amini allahi \`ala wahyihi wa \`aza'imi amrihi*\
   whom Allah has entrusted with His Revelations and with His determined commandments,

107. ٱلْخَاتِمِ لِمَا سَبَقَ\
   *alkhatimi lima sabaqa*\
   who sealed the previous Messages,

108. وَٱلْفَاتِحِ لِمَا ٱسْتُقْبِلَ\
   *walfatihi lima istuqbila*\
   paved the way to the coming blessings,

109. وَٱلْمُهَيْمِنِ عَلَىٰ ذٰلِكَ كُلِّهِ\
   *walmuhaymini \`ala dhalika kullihi*\
   and who prevails over all that.

110. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   May the mercy and blessings of Allah be upon him, too.

111. السَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ صَاحِبِ ٱلسَّكِينَةِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala sahibi alssakinati*\
   Peace be upon the holder of tranquility.

112. السَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْمَدْفُونِ بِٱلْمَدِينَةِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala almadfuni bilmadinati*\
   peace be upon the one buried at al-Madinah.

113. السَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْمَنْصُورِ ٱلْمُؤَيَّدِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala almansuri almu'ayyadi*\
   Peace be upon the triumphed and supported (by Allah).

114. السَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَبِي ٱلْقَاسِمِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala abi alqasimi muhammadi bni \`abdi allahi*\
   Peace be upon Abu’l-Qasim, Muhammad the son of \`Abdullah.

115. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   May the mercy and blessings of Allah be upon him, too.(\[1\])

116. أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاََ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ ٱللَّهُ\
   *ashhadu an la ilaha illa allahu*\
   I bear witness that there is no god but Allah,

117. وَحْدَهُ لاََ شَرِيكَ لَهُ\
   *wahdahu la sharika lahu*\
   alone without having any associate,

118. وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ\
   *wa ashhadu anna muhammadan \`abduhu wa rasuluhu*\
   and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger.

119. جَاءَ بِٱلْحَقِّ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ وَصَدَّقَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ\
   *ja'a bilhaqqi min \`indihi wa saddaqa almursalina*\
   He has conveyed the truth from Him and verified the (past) Messengers.

120. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا رَسُولَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya rasula allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O Messenger of Allah!

121. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا حَبِيبَ ٱللَّهِ وَخِيَرَتَهُ مِنْ خَلْقِهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya habiba allahi wa khiyaratahu min khalqihi*\
   Peace be upon you, O most-beloved of Allah and best of His beings!

122. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala amir almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon the Commander of the Faithful:

123. عَبْدِ ٱللَّهِ وَأَخِي رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *\`abdi allahi wa akhi rasuli allahi*\
   the servant of Allah and the brother of Allah’s Messenger.

124. يَا مَوْلاَيَ يَا أَمِيرَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *ya mawlaya ya amira almu'minina*\
   O master, O Commander of the Faithful!

125. عَبْدُكَ وَٱبْنُ عَبْدِكَ وَٱبْنُ أَمَتِكَ\
   *\`abduka wabnu \`abdika wabnu amatika*\
   I, your slave and the son of your slave and your bondmaid,

126. جَاءَكَ مُسْتَجِيراً بِذِمَّتِكَ\
   *ja'aka mustajiran bidhimmatika*\
   have come to you seeking the refuge of your protection,

127. قَاصِداً إِلَىٰ حَرَمِكَ\
   *qasidan ila haramika*\
   directing to your shrine,

128. مُتَوَجِّهاً إِلَىٰ مَقَامِكَ\
   *mutawajjihan ila maqamika*\
   turning my face toward your place,

129. مُتَوَسِّلاًَ إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ تَعَالَىٰ بِكَ\
   *mutawassilan ila allahi ta\`ala bika*\
   and begging Almighty Allah in your name.

130. أَأَدْخُلُ يَا مَوْلاَيَ\
   *a'adkhulu ya mawlaya*\
   May I enter, O master?

131. أَأَدْخُلُ يَا أَمِيرَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *a'adkhulu ya amira almu'minina*\
   May I enter, O Commander of the Faithful?

132. أَأَدْخُلُ يَا حُجَّةَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *a'adkhulu ya hujjata allahi*\
   May I enter, O argument of Allah?

133. أَأَدْخُلُ يَا أَمِينَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *a'adkhulu ya amina allahi*\
   May I enter, O trustee of Allah?

134. أَأَدْخُلُ يَا مَلاَئِكَةَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُقِيمِينَ فِي هٰذَا ٱلْمَشْهَدِ\
   *a'adkhulu ya mala'ikata allahi almuqimina fi hadha almashhadi*\
   May I enter, O angels of Allah who reside in this shrine?

135. يَا مَوْلاَيَ أَتَأْذَنُ لِي بِٱلدُّخُولِ\
   *ya mawlaya ata'dhanu li bilddukhuli*\
   O master, may you permit me to enter

136. أَفْضَلَ مَا أَذِنْتَ لأَحَدٍ مِنْ أَوْلِيَائِكَ\
   *afdala ma adhinta li'ahadin min awliya'ika*\
   in the best way of permission you have ever given to any of your devotees?

137. فَإِنْ لَمْ أَكُنْ لَهُ أَهْلاًَ فَأَنْتَ أَهْلٌ لِذٰلِكَ\
   *fa'in lam akun lahu ahlan fa'anta ahlun lidhlika*\
   If I am too little to deserve your permission, then You are too exalted to deprive me of it.

138. بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ وَبِٱللَّهِ\
   *bismi allahi wa billahi*\
   In the Name of Allah (I begin), in Allah (I trust),

139. وَفِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *wa fi sabili allahi*\
   on the way of Allah,

140. وَعَلَىٰ مِلَّةِ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *wa \`ala millati rasuli allahi*\
   and on the norm of the Messenger of Allah (I proceed),

141. صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ\
   *salla allahu \`alayhi wa alihi*\
   may Allah bless him and his Household.

142. اَللَّهُمَّ ٱغْفِرْ لِي وَٱرْحَمْنِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ\
   *allahumma ighfir li warhamni wa tub \`alayya*\
   O Allah, (please do) forgive me

143. إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ\
   *innaka anta alttawwabu alrrahimu*\
   for You are indeed, the Oft-Returning.

144. اَلسَّلاَمُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu min allahi \`ala muhammadin rasuli allahi*\
   Peace of Allah be upon Muhammad the Messenger of Allah,

145. أَمِينِ ٱللَّهِ عَلَىٰ وَحْيِهِ وَرِسَالاَتِهِ\
   *amini allahi \`ala wahyihi wa risalatihi*\
   the trustee of Allah over His Revelations, Messages,

146. وَعَزَائِمِ أَمْرِهِ\
   *wa \`aza'imi amrihi*\
   and determined commandments,

147. وَمَعْدِنِ ٱلْوَحْيِ وَٱلتَّنْزِيلِ\
   *wa ma\`dini alwahyi walttanzili*\
   the core of the Divine Inspiration and Revelation,

148. ٱلْخَاتِمِ لِمَا سَبَقَ\
   *alkhatimi lima sabaqa*\
   who sealed the previous Messages,

149. وَٱلْفَاتِحِ لِمَا ٱسْتُقْبِلَ\
   *walfatihi lima istuqbila*\
   paved the way to the coming blessings,

150. وَٱلْمُهَيْمِنِ عَلَىٰ ذٰلِكَ كُلِّهِ\
   *walmuhaymini \`ala dhalika kullihi*\
   who prevails over all that,

151. ٱلشَّاهِدِ عَلَىٰ ٱلْخَلْقِ\
   *alshshahidi \`ala alkhalqi*\
   the witness over the creatures,

152. ٱلسِّرَاجِ ٱلْمُنِيرِ\
   *alssiraji almuniri*\
   and the luminous torch.

153. وَٱلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْهِ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهُ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa alssalamu \`alayhi wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him.

154. اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ ٱلْمَظْلُومِينَ\
   *allahumma salli \`ala muhammadin wa ahli baytihi almazlumina*\
   O Allah, (please do) send blessings upon Muhammad and his Household, the oppressed ones,

155. أَفْضَلَ وَأَكْمَلَ وَأَرْفَعَ\
   *afdala wa akmala wa arfa\`a*\
   with the best, most perfect, most exalted,

156. وَأَشْرَفَ مَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَىٰ أَحَدٍ\
   *wa ashrafa ma sallayta \`ala ahadin*\
   and most honored blessings that You have ever showed on any

157. مِنْ أَنْبِيَائِكَ وَرُسُلِكَ وَأَصْفِيَائِكَ\
   *min anbiya'ika wa rusulika wa asfiya'ika*\
   of Your Prophets, Messengers, and Chosen servants.

158. اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *allahumma salli \`ala amiri almu'minina*\
   O Allah, (please do) send blessings upon the Commander of the Faithful,

159. عَبْدِكَ وَخَيْرِ خَلْقِكَ بَعْدَ نَبِيِّكَ\
   *\`abdika wa khayri khalqika ba\`da nabiyyika*\
   Your servant, the best of Your creatures after Your Prophet,

160. وَأَخِي رَسُولِكَ\
   *wa akhi rasulika*\
   the brother of Your Messenger,

161. وَوَصِيِّ حَبِيبِكَ\
   *wa wasiyyi habibika*\
   the Successor of Your most-beloved one,

162. ٱلَّذِي ٱنْتَجَبْتَهُ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ\
   *alladhi intajabtahu min khalqika*\
   whom You have selected from among Your beings,

163. وَٱلدَّلِيلِ عَلَىٰ مَنْ بَعَثْتَهُ بِرِسَالاَتِكَ\
   *walddalili \`ala man ba\`athtahu birisalatika*\
   the guide to those whom You sent with Your messages,

164. وَدَيَّانِ ٱلدِّينِ بِعَدْلِكَ\
   *wa dayyani alddini bi\`adlika*\
   the establisher of the true religion by means of Your justice,

165. وَفَصْلِ قَضَائِكَ بَيْنَ خَلْقِكَ\
   *wa fasli qada'ika bayna khalqika*\
   and the decisive judge among Your beings.

166. وَٱلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْهِ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa alssalamu \`alayhi wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him.

167. اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ ٱلأَئِمَّةِ مِنْ وُلْدِهِ\
   *allahumma salli \`ala al-a'immati min wuldihi*\
   O Allah, (please do) send blessings upon the Imams from his offspring,

168. ٱلْقَوَّامِينَ بِأَمْرِكَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ\
   *alqawwamina bi'amrika min ba\`dihi*\
   (who are) the holders of Your commandments after him,

169. ٱلْمُطَهَّرِينَ ٱلَّذينَ ٱرْتَضَيْتَهُمْ أَنْصَاراً لِدِينِكَ\
   *almutahharina alladhina irtadaytahum ansaran lidinika*\
   and the immaculate ones whom You have accepted as supporters of Your religion,

170. وَحَفَظَةً لِسِرِّكَ\
   *wa hafazatan lisirrika*\
   keepers of Your secret,

171. وَشُهَدَاءَ عَلَىٰ خَلْقِكَ\
   *wa shuhada'a \`ala khalqika*\
   witnesses over Your created beings,

172. وَأَعْلاَماً لِعِبَادِكَ\
   *wa a\`laman li\`ibadika*\
   and signs (of example) for Your servants.

173. صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَجْمَعِينَ\
   *salawatuka \`alayhim ajma\`ina*\
   May Your blessings be upon them all.

174. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَميِرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala amiri almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon the Commander of the Faithful,

175. عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ\
   *\`aliyyi bni abi talibin*\
   Ali the son of Abu Talib,

176. وَصِيِّ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ وَخَلِيفَتِهِ\
   *wasiyyi rasuli allahi wa khalifatihi*\
   the successor of Allah’s Messenger, his representative,

177. وَٱلْقَائِمِ بِأَمْرِهِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ\
   *walqa'imi bi'amrihi min ba\`dihi*\
   who managed his affairs after him,

178. سَيِّدِ ٱلْوَصِيِّينَ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *sayyidi alwasiyyina wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   and the master of all Prophet’s successors. May Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him, too.

179. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala fatimata binti rasuli allahi*\
   Peace be upon Fatima, the daughter of Allah’s Messenger,

180. صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ\
   *salla allahu \`alayhi wa alihi*\
   may Allah’s blessings be upon him,

181. سَيِّدَةِ نِسَاءِ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ\
   *sayyidati nisa'i al\`alamina*\
   (she is) the doyenne of all the women of this world.

182. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْحَسَنِ وَٱلْحُسَيْنِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala alhasani walhusayni*\
   Peace be upon al-Hasan and al-Husayn,

183. سَيِّدَيْ شَبَابِ أَهْلِ ٱلْجَنَّةِ مِنَ ٱلْخَلْقِ أَجْمَعِينَ\
   *sayyiday shababi ahli aljannati min alkhalqi ajma\`ina*\
   the chiefs of the youth of Paradise among all beings.

184. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلأَئِمَّةِ ٱلرَّاشِدِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala al-a'immati alrrashidina*\
   Peace be upon the Guiding Imams.

185. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلأَنْبِيَاءِ وَٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala al-anbiya'i walmursalina*\
   Peace be upon the Prophets and the Messengers.

186. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلأَئِمَّةِ ٱلْمُسْتَوْدَعِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala al-a'immati almustawda\`ina*\
   Peace be upon the Imams whom are entrusted (with the religion by Allah).

187. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ خَاصَّةِ ٱللَّهِ مِنْ خَلْقِهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala khassati allahi min khalqihi*\
   Peace be upon the elite creatures of Allah.

188. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْمُتَوَسِّمِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala almutawassimina*\
   Peace be upon those who understand by tokens.

189. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon the faithful believers

190. ٱلَّذينَ قَامُوٱ بِأَمْرِهِ\
   *alladhina qamu bi'amrihi*\
   who have carried out His orders,

191. وَوَازَرُوٱ أَوْلِيَاءَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *wa wazaru awliya'a allahi*\
   supported the saints of Allah,

192. وَخَافُوٱ بِخَوْفِهِمْ\
   *wa khafu bikhawfihim*\
   and have feared for their fear.

193. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْمَلاَئِكَةِ ٱلْمُقَرَّبِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala almala'ikati almuqarrabina*\
   Peace be upon the Favorite Angels.

194. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَىٰ عِبَادِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلصَالِحِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayna wa \`ala \`ibadi allahi alssalihina*\
   Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah.

195. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَمِيرَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya amira almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon you, O Commander of the Faithful.

196. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا حَبِيبَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya habiba allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O beloved by Allah.

197. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا صَفْوَةَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya safwata allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O choice of Allah.

198. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَلِيَّ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya waliyya allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O intimate servant of Allah.

199. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا حُجَّةَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya hujjata allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O Argument of Allah (against His creatures).

200. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا إِمَامَ ٱلْهُدَىٰ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya imama alhuda*\
   Peace be upon you, O leader of true guidance.

201. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا عَلَمَ ٱلتُّقَىٰ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya \`alama alttuqa*\
   Peace be upon you, O sign of piety.

202. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا ٱلْوَصِيُّ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ayyuha alwasiyyu*\
   Peace be upon you, O successor,

203. ٱلْبَرُّ ٱلتَّقِيُّ\
   *albarru alttaqiyyu*\
   religious, pious,

204. ٱلنَّقِيُّ ٱلْوَفِيُّ\
   *alnnaqiyyu alwafiyyu*\
   pure, and loyal.

205. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا ٱلْحَسَنِ وَٱلْحُسَيْنِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya aba alhasani walhusayni*\
   Peace be upon you, O father of al-Hasan and al-Husayn.

206. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا عَمُودَ ٱلدِّينِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya \`amuda alddini*\
   Peace be upon you, O pillar of the religion.

207. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا سَيِّدَ ٱلْوَصِيِّينَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya sayyida alwasiyyina*\
   Peace be upon you, O chief of the successors (of Prophets),

208. وَأَمِينَ رَبِّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ\
   *wa amina rabbi al\`alamina*\
   trustee of the Lord of the worlds,

209. وَدَيَّانَ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ\
   *wa dayyana yawmi alddini*\
   judge on the Judgment Day,

210. وَخَيْرَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *wa khayra almu'minina*\
   best of the believers,

211. وَسَيِّدَ ٱلصِّدِّيقِينَ\
   *wa sayyida alssiddiqina*\
   chief of the most truthful ones,

212. وَٱلصَّفْوَةَ مِنْ سُلاَلَةِ ٱلنَّبِيِّينَ\
   *walssafwata min sulalati alnnabiyyina*\
   elite of the Prophets’ lineage,

213. وَبَابَ حِكْمَةِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ\
   *wa baba hikmati rabbi al\`alamina*\
   door to the wisdom of the Lord of the worlds,

214. وَخَازِنَ وَحْيِهِ\
   *wa khazina wahyihi*\
   keeper of His Revelation,

215. وَعَيْبَةَ عِلْمِهِ\
   *wa \`aybata \`ilmihi*\
   container of His knowledge,

216. وَٱلنَّاصِحَ لأُمَّةِ نَبِيِّهِ\
   *walnnasiha li'ummati nabiyyihi*\
   advisor of His Prophet’s people,

217. وَٱلتَّالِي لِرَسُولِهِ\
   *walttaliya lirasulihi*\
   next to His Messenger,

218. وَٱلْمُوَاسِي لَهُ بِنَفْسِهِ\
   *walmuwasiya lahu binafsihi*\
   who sacrificed himself for him (i.e. for the Messenger),

219. وَٱلنَّاطِقَ بِحُجَّتِهِ\
   *walnnatiqa bihujjatihi*\
   speaker with his arguments,

220. وَٱلدَّاعِي إِلَىٰ شَريِعَتِهِ\
   *waldda\`iya ila shari\`atihi*\
   inviter to his principles,

221. وَٱلْمَاضِي عَلَىٰ سُنَّتِهِ\
   *walmadiya \`ala sunnatihi*\
   and steadfast on his instructions.

222. اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَشْهَدُ\
   *allahumma inni ashhadu*\
   O Allah, I do bear witness

223. أَنَّهُ قَدْ بَلَّغَ عَنْ رَسُولِكَ مَا حُمِّلَ\
   *annahu qad ballagha \`an rasulika ma hummila*\
   that he carried out the mission conveyed to him by Your Messenger,

224. وَرَعَىٰ مَا ٱسْتُحْفِظَ\
   *wa ra\`a ma istuhfiza*\
   achieved what he was ordered to keep,

225. وَحَفِظَ مَا ٱسْتُودِعَ\
   *wa hafiza ma istudi\`a*\
   kept what has been stored with him,

226. وَحَلَّلَ حَلاَلَكَ\
   *wa hallala halalaka*\
   deemed lawful that which You deem lawful,

227. وَحَرَّمَ حَرَامَكَ\
   *wa harrama haramaka*\
   deemed unlawful that which You deem unlawful,

228. وَأَقَامَ أَحْكَامَكَ\
   *wa aqama ahkamaka*\
   put into practice Your laws,

229. وَجَاهَدَ ٱلنَّاكِثِينَ فِي سَبِيلِكَ\
   *wa jahada alnnakithina fi sabilika*\
   strove against the contraveners for Your sake,

230. وَٱلْقَاسِطِينَ فِي حُكْمِكَ\
   *walqasitina fi hukmika*\
   against the wrongdoers according to Your laws,

231. وَٱلْمَارِقِينَ عَنْ أَمْرِكَ\
   *walmariqina \`an amrika*\
   and against the apostates from Your decree,

232. صَابِراً مُحْتَسِباً\
   *sabiran muhtasiban*\
   did all that with steadfastness, expecting Your reward,

233. لاََ تَأْخُذُهُ فِيكَ لَوْمَةُ لاَئِمٍ\
   *la ta'khudhuhu fika lawmatu la'imin*\
   and no blame of any blamer could ever influence him.

234. اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ أَفْضَلَ مَا صَلَّيْتَ\
   *allahumma salli \`alayhi afdala ma sallayta*\
   O Allah, (please do) send blessings upon him with the best way

235. عَلَىٰ أَحَدٍ مِنْ أَوْلِيَائِكَ وَأَصْفِيَائِكَ\
   *\`ala ahadin min awliya'ika wa asfiya'ika*\
   You have ever blessed any of Your intimate servants, Your choicest ones,

236. وَأَوْصِيَاءِ أَنْبِيَائِكَ\
   *wa awsiya'i anbiya'ika*\
   and Your Prophet’s successors.

237. اَللَّهُمَّ هٰذَا قَبْرُ وَلِيِّكَ\
   *allahumma hadha qabru waliyyika*\
   O Allah, this is the tomb of Your representative

238. ٱلَّذِي فَرَضْتَ طَاعَتَهُ\
   *alladhi faradta ta\`atahu*\
   the obedience to whom has been made by You incumbent (upon us),

239. وَجَعَلْتَ فِي أَعْنَاقِ عِبَادِكَ مُبَايَعَتَهُ\
   *wa ja\`alta fi a\`naqi \`ibadika mubaya\`atahu*\
   the loyalty to whom has been made by You in the necks of Your servants,

240. وَخَلِيفَتِكَ ٱلَّذِي بِهِ تَأْخُذُ وَتُعْطِي\
   *wa khalifatika alladhi bihi ta'khudhu wa tu\`ti*\
   and (it is the tomb of) Your viceroy through whom You will give and take,

241. وَبِهِ تُثِيبُ وَتُعَاقِبُ\
   *wa bihi tuthibu wa tu\`aqibu*\
   and through whom You will reward and punish.

242. وَقَدْ قَصَدْتُهُ طَمَعاً لِمَا أَعْدَدْتَهُ لأَوْلِيَائِكَ\
   *wa qad qasadtuhu tama\`an lima a\`dadtahu li'awliya'ika*\
   I have directed to him, seeking for what You have prepared for Your intimate servants.

243. فَبِعَظيِمِ قَدْرِهِ عِنْدَكَ\
   *fabi\`azimi qadrihi \`indaka*\
   So, (I beseech You) in the name of his eminent standing with You,

244. وَجَلِيلِ خَطَرِهِ لَدَيْكَ\
   *wa jalili khatarihi ladayka*\
   in the name of his great status in Your view,

245. وَقُرْبِ مَنْزِلَتِهِ مِنْكَ\
   *wa qurbi manzilatihi minka*\
   and in the name of the closeness of his position to You,

246. صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ\
   *salli \`ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin*\
   to bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

247. وَٱفْعَلْ بِي مَا أَنْتَ أَهْلُهُ\
   *waf\`al bi ma anta ahluhu*\
   and to do to me that which is expected from You,

248. فَإِنَّكَ أَهْلُ ٱلْكَرَمِ وَٱلْجُودِ\
   *fa'innaka ahlu alkarami waljudi*\
   for You are indeed, worthy of honoring and generous granting.

249. وَٱلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلاَيَ\
   *wa alssalamu \`alayka ya mawlaya*\
   Peace be upon you, O my master,

250. وَعَلىٰ ضَجِيعَيْكَ آدَمَ وَنُوحٍ\
   *wa \`ala daji\`ayka adama wa nuhin*\
   and upon your partners in the place, (Prophet) Adam and (Prophet) Noah.

251. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   May Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you, too.

252. يَا مَوْلاَيَ إِلَيْكَ وُفُودِي\
   *ya mawlaya ilayka wufudi*\
   O my master, to You is my coming

253. وَبِكَ أَتَوَسَّلُ إِلَىٰ رَبِّي\
   *wa bika atawassalu ila rabbi*\
   and in your name do I beseech my Lord

254. فِي بُلُوغِ مَقْصُودِي\
   *fi bulughi maqsudi*\
   so that I may achieve my goal.

255. وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ ٱلْمُتَوَسِّلَ بِكَ غَيْرُ خَائِبٍ\
   *wa ashhadu anna almutawassila bika ghayru kha'ibin*\
   I bear witness that he who beseeches (Allah) in your name shall never be disappointed

256. وَٱلطَّالِبَ بِكَ عَنْ مَعْرِفَةٍ\
   *walttaliba bika \`an ma\`rifatin*\
   and he who implores (Allah) in your name, with full cognizance,

257. غَيْرُ مَرْدوُدٍ إِلاَّ بِقَضَاءِ حَوَائِجِهِ\
   *ghayru mardudin illa biqada'i hawa'ijihi*\
   shall never be rejected; rather, all his needs shall be settled.

258. فَكُنْ لِي شَفيعاً إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ\
   *fakun li shafi\`an ila allahi*\
   So, (please) be my interceder to Allah—

259. رَبِّكَ وَرَبِّي فِي قَضَاءِ حَوَائِجِي\
   *rabbika wa rabbi fi qada'i hawa'iji*\
   my and your Lord—for purpose of settling my needs,

260. وَتَيْسِيرِ أُمُورِي\
   *wa taysiri umuri*\
   making easy my affairs,

261. وَكَشْفِ شِدَّتِي\
   *wa kashfi shiddati*\
   relieving my depressions,

262. وَغُفْرَانِ ذَنْبِي\
   *wa ghufrani dhanbi*\
   forgiving my sins,

263. وَسَعَةِ رِزْقِي\
   *wa sa\`ati rizqi*\
   expanding my sustenance sources,

264. وَتَطْوِيلِ عُمْرِي\
   *wa tatwili \`umri*\
   extending my lifetime,

265. وَإِعْطَاءِ سُؤْلِي فِي آخِرَتِي وَدُنْيَايَ\
   *wa i\`ta'i su'li fi akhirati wa dunyaya*\
   and granting me all my requests for the world to come as well as this world.

266. اَللَّهُمَّ ٱلْعَنْ قَتَلَةَ أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *allahumma il\`an qatalata amiri almu'minina*\
   O Allah, curse the killers of the Commander of the Faithful.

267. اَللَّهُمَّ ٱلْعَنْ قَتَلَةَ ٱلْحَسَنِ وَٱلْحُسَيْنِ\
   *allahumma il\`an qatalata alhasani walhusayni*\
   O Allah, curse the killers of al-Hasan and al-Husayn.

268. اَللَّهُمَّ ٱلْعَنْ قَتَلَةَ ٱلأَئِمَّةِ\
   *allahumma il\`an qatalata al-a'immati*\
   O Allah, curse the killers of the Imams,

269. وَعَذِّبْهُمْ عَذَاباً أَلِيماً\
   *wa \`adhdhibhum \`adhaban aliman*\
   and subject them to such a painful chastisement

270. لاََ تُعَذِّبُهُ أَحَداً مِنَ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ\
   *la tu\`adhdhibuhu ahadan min al\`alamina*\
   that You have never subjected any of Your creatures to it,

271. عَذَاباً كَثيراً لاََ ٱنْقِطَاعَ لَهُ\
   *\`adhaban kathiran la inqita\`a lahu*\
   such an enormous chastisement that never ceases,

272. وَلاَ أَجَلَ وَلاَ أَمَدَ\
   *wa la ajala wa la amada*\
   nor comes to an end, nor reaches a deadline,

273. بِمَا شَاقُّوٱ وُلاَةَ أَمْرِكَ\
   *bima shaqqu wulata amrika*\
   for what they contended against Your authorities.

274. وَأَعِدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَاباً\
   *wa a\`idda lahum \`adhaban*\
   And (please do) prepare for them such an intense torture

275. لَمْ تُحِلَّهُ بِأَحَدٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ\
   *lam tuhillahu bi'ahadin min khalqika*\
   that You have not decided for any of Your creatures.

276. اَللَّهُمَّ وَأَدْخِلْ عَلَىٰ قَتَلَةِ أَنْصَارِ رَسُولِكَ\
   *allahumma wa adkhil \`ala qatalati ansari rasulika*\
   O Allah, (please do) impose upon the killers of Your Messenger’s supporters,

277. وَعَلَىٰ قَتَلَةِ أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *wa \`ala qatalati amiri almu'minina*\
   the killers of the Commander of the Faithful,

278. وَعَلَىٰ قَتَلَةِ ٱلْحَسَنِ وَٱلْحُسَيْنِ\
   *wa \`ala qatalati alhasani walhusayni*\
   the killers of al-Hasan and al-Husayn,

279. وَعَلَىٰ قَتَلَةِ أَنْصَارِ ٱلْحَسَنِ وَٱلْحُسَيْنِ\
   *wa \`ala qatalati ansari alhasani walhusayni*\
   the killers of the supporters of al-Hasan and al-Husayn,

280. وَقَتَلَةِ مَنْ قُتِلَ فِي وِلاَيَةِ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ أَجْمَعِينَ\
   *wa qatalati man qutila fi wilayati ali muhammadin ajma\`ina*\
   and the killers of all those whom were killed because of their loyalty to the Household of Muhammad,

281. عَذَاباً أَلِيماً مُضَاعَفاً\
   *\`adhaban aliman muda\`afan*\
   a painful, cyclic punishment

282. فِي أَسْفَلِ دَرَكٍ مِنَ ٱلْجَحِيمِ\
   *fi asfali darakin min aljahimi*\
   in the lowest class of Hellfire

283. لاََ يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابُ\
   *la yukhaffafu \`anhum al\`adhabu*\
   that the punishment shall not be lightened for them

284. وَهُمْ فِيهِ مُبْلِسُونَ مَلْعُونُونَ\
   *wa hum fihi mublisuna mal\`ununa*\
   and they shall lay therein in utter despair and endless curse;

285. نَاكِسُو رُؤُوسِهِمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ\
   *nakisu ru'usihim \`inda rabbihim*\
   they shall be hanging down their heads before their Lord

286. قَدْ عَايَنُوٱ ٱلنَّدَامَةَ وَٱلْخِزْيَ ٱلطَّوِيلَ\
   *qad \`ayanu alnnadamata walkhizya alttawila*\
   after they shall find out with certainty regret and long-lasting disgrace,

287. لِقَتْلِهِمْ عِتْرَةَ أَنْبِيَائِكَ وَرُسُلِكَ\
   *liqatlihim \`itrata anbiya'ika wa rusulika*\
   for they killed the members of the household of Your Prophets and Messengers

288. وَأَتْبَاعَهُمْ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ ٱلصَّالِحِينَ\
   *wa atba\`ahum min \`ibadika alssalihina*\
   and the righteous servants from their followers.

289. اَللَّهُمَّ ٱلْعَنْهُمْ فِي مُسْتَسِرِّ ٱلسِّرِّ\
   *allahumma il\`anhum fi mustasirri alssirri*\
   O Allah, (do) curse them in the most concealed secrecy

290. وَظَاهِرِ ٱلْعَلاَنِيَةِ\
   *wa zahiri al\`alaniyati*\
   and in the most apparent openness,

291. فِي أَرْضِكَ وَسَمَائِكَ\
   *fi ardika wa sama'ika*\
   in Your lands and in Your heavens.

292. اَللَّهُمَّ ٱجْعَلْ لِي قَدَمَ صِدْقٍ فِي أَوْلِيَائِكَ\
   *allahumma ij\`al li qadama sidqin fi awliya'ika*\
   O Allah, (please do) decide for me a truthful step with Your intimate servants

293. وَحَبِّبْ إِلَيَّ مَشَاهِدَهُمْ وَمُسْتَقَرَّهُمْ\
   *wa habbib ilayya mashahidahum wa mustaqarrahum*\
   and make me long for their shrines and their residing-places

294. حَتَّىٰ تُلْحِقَنِي بِهِمْ\
   *hatta tulhiqani bihim*\
   until You include me with them

295. وَتَجْعَلَنِي لَهُمْ تَبَعاً فِي ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلآخِرَةِ\
   *wa taj\`alani lahum taba\`an fi alddunya wal-akhirati*\
   and make me among their followers in this world as well as the world to come.

296. يَا أَرْحَمَ ٱلرَّاحِمِينَ\
   *ya arhama alrrahimina*\
   O most Merciful of all those who show mercy!

297. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya aba \`abdillahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O Abu-\`Abdullah.

298. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka yabna rasuli allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O son of Allah’s Messenger.

299. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka yabna amiri almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon you, O son of the Commander of the Faithful.

300. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ فَاطِمَةَ ٱلزَّهْرَاءِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka yabna fatimata alzzahra'i*\
   Peace be upon you, O son of Fatima, the luminous lady,

301. سَيِّدَةِ نِسَاءِ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ\
   *sayyidati nisa'i al\`alamina*\
   the doyenne of all women of the worlds.

302. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا ٱلأَئِمَّةِ ٱلْهَادِينَ ٱلْمَهْدِيِّينَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya aba al-a'immati alhadina almahdiyyina*\
   Peace be upon you, O father of the Imams—the guides and well-guided.

303. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا صَرِيعَ ٱلدَّمْعَةِ ٱلسَّاكِبَةِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya sari\`a alddam\`ati alssakibati*\
   Peace be upon you, O victim of the pouring tears.

304. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا صَاحِبَ ٱلْمُصِيبَةِ ٱلرَّاتِبَةِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya sahiba almusibati alrratibati*\
   Peace be upon you, O man of the disastrous misfortune.

305. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَىٰ جَدِّكَ وَأَبِيكَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka wa \`ala jaddika wa abika*\
   Peace be upon you and upon your grandfather and father.

306. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَىٰ أُمِّكَ وَأَخِيكَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka wa \`ala ummika wa akhika*\
   Peace be upon you and upon your mother and brother.

307. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَىٰ ٱلأَئِمَّةِ مِنْ ذُرِيَّتِكَ وَبَنِيكَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka wa \`ala al-a'immati min dhurriyyatika wa banika*\
   Peace be upon you and upon the Imams from your offspring and descendants.

308. أَشْهَدُ لَقَدْ طَيَّبَ ٱللَّهُ بِكَ ٱلتُّرَابَ\
   *ashhadu laqad tayyaba allahu bika altturaba*\
   I bear witness that Allah has purified the soil (on which you fell down) through you,

309. وَأَوْضَحَ بِكَ ٱلْكِتَابَ\
   *wa awdaha bika alkitaba*\
   has made clear His Book through you,

310. وَجَعَلَكَ وَأَبَاكَ وَجَدَّكَ\
   *wa ja\`alaka wa abaka wa jaddaka*\
   and has made you, your father, your grandfather,

311. وَأَخَاكَ وَبَنِيكَ عِبْرَةً لأُوُلِي ٱلأَلْبَابِ\
   *wa akhaka wa banika \`ibratan li'uli al-albabi*\
   your brother, and your descendants examples for the owners of intellects.

312. يَا بْنَ ٱلْمَيَامِينِ ٱلأَطْيَابِ\
   *yabna almayamini al-atyabi*\
   O son of the blessed, purified ones

313. ٱلتَّالِينَ ٱلْكِتَابَ\
   *alttalina alkitaba*\
   who recite (and apply) the Book utterly,

314. وَجَّهْتُ سَلاَمِي إِلَيْكَ\
   *wajjahtu salami ilayka*\
   I direct my greetings to you.

315. صَلَوَاتُ ٱللَّهِ وَسَلاَمُهُ عَلَيْكَ\
   *salawatu allahi wa salamuhu \`alayka*\
   May Allah make His peace and blessings to be upon you

316. وَجَعَلَ أَفْئِدَةً مِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ تَهْوِي إِلَيْكَ\
   *wa ja\`ala af'idatan min alnnasi tahwi ilayka*\
   and may He make the hearts of some people yearn toward you.

317. مَا خَابَ مَنْ تَمَسَّكَ بِكَ وَلَجَأَ إِلَيْكَ\
   *ma khaba man tamassaka bika wa laja'a ilayka*\
   Disappointment shall never chase him who adheres to you and resorts to you.

318. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَبِي ٱلأَئِمَّةِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala abi al-a'immati*\
   Peace be upon the father of the Imams,

319. وَخَلِيلِ ٱلنُّبُوَّةِ\
   *wa khalili alnnubuwwati*\
   the intimate friend of Prophethood,

320. وَٱلْمَخْصُوصِ بِٱلأُخُوَّةِ\
   *walmakhsusi bil'ukhuwwati*\
   and the marked, exclusively, by fraternity (with the Holy Prophet).

321. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ يَعْسُوبِ ٱلدِّينِ وَٱلإِيـمَانِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala ya\`subi alddini wal'imani*\
   Peace be upon the head of the religion and faith,

322. وَكَلِمَةِ ٱلرَّحْمٰنِ\
   *wa kalimati alrrahmani*\
   and the word of the All-beneficent Lord.

323. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مِيزَانِ ٱلأَعْمَالِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala mizani al-a\`mali*\
   Peace be upon the Scale of the deeds

324. وَمُقَلِّبِ ٱلأَحْوَالِ\
   *wa muqallibi al-ahwali*\
   the turner over of manners,

325. وَسَيْفِ ذِي ٱلْجَلاَلِ\
   *wa sayfi dhi aljalali*\
   the sword of the Lord of Majesty,

326. وَسَاقِي ٱلسَّلْسَبِيلِ ٱلزُّلاَلِ\
   *wa saqi alssalsabili alzzulali*\
   and who supplies with the fresh water of Salsabil.

327. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ صَالِحِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala salihi almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon the most righteous of the believers,

328. وَوَارِثِ عِلْمِ ٱلنَّبِيِّينَ\
   *wa warithi \`ilmi alnnabiyyina*\
   the inheritor of the Prophet’s knowledge,

329. وَٱلْحَاكِمِ يَوْمَ ٱلدِّينِ\
   *walhakimi yawma alddini*\
   and the judge on the Judgment Day.

330. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ شَجَرَةِ ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ\
   *alssalamu \`ala shajarati alttaqwa*\
   Peace be upon the tree of piety

331. وَسَامِعِ ٱلسِّرِّ وَٱلنَّجْوَىٰ\
   *wa sami\`i alssirri walnnajwa*\
   and the hearer of hidden and confidential speeches.

332. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ حُجَّةِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْبَالِغَةِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala hujjati allahi albalighati*\
   Peace be upon Allah’s conclusive argument,

333. وَنِعْمَتِهِ ٱلسَّابِغَةِ\
   *wa ni\`matihi alssabighati*\
   His flowing boon,

334. وَنِقْمَتِهِ ٱلدَّامِغَةِ\
   *wa niqmatihi alddamighati*\
   and His forceful punishment.

335. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلصِّرَاطِ ٱلْوَاضِحِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala alssirati alwadihi*\
   Peace be upon the clear-cut path,

336. وَٱلنَّجْمِ ٱللاَّئِحِ\
   *walnnajmi alla'ihi*\
   the patent star,

337. وَٱلإِمَامِ ٱلنَّاصِحِ\
   *wal-imami alnnasihi*\
   the advising leader,

338. وَٱلزِّنَادِ ٱلْقَادِحِ\
   *walzzinadi alqadihi*\
   and the igniting firelock.

339. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   May Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him.

340. اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *allahumma salli \`ala amiri almu'minina*\
   O Allah, (please do) send blessings upon the Commander of the Faithful,

341. عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ\
   *\`aliyyi bni abi talibin*\
   Ali the son of Abu Talib:

342. أَخِي نَبِيِّكَ وَوَلِيِّهِ\
   *akhi nabiyyika wa waliyyihi*\
   the brother, ally,

343. وَنَاصِرِهِ وَوَصِيِّهِ وَوَزِيرِهِ\
   *wa nasirihi wa wasiyyihi wa wazirihi*\
   supporter, successor, and patron of Your Prophet,

344. وَمُسْتَوْدَعِ عِلْمِهِ\
   *wa mustawda\`i \`ilmihi*\
   the store of his knowledge,

345. وَمَوْضِعِ سِرِّهِ\
   *wa mawdi\`i sirrihi*\
   the depot of his secrets,

346. وَبَابِ حِكْمَتِهِ\
   *wa babi hikmatihi*\
   the door to his wisdom,

347. وَٱلنَّاطِقِ بِحُجَّتِهِ\
   *walnnatiqi bihujjatihi*\
   the spokesman with his arguments,

348. وَٱلدَّاعي إِلَىٰ شَرِيعَتِهِ\
   *waldda\`i ila shari\`atihi*\
   the caller to his code of law,

349. وَخَلِيفَتِهِ فِي أُمَّتِهِ\
   *wa khalifatihi fi ummatihi*\
   his viceroy in his community,

350. وَمُفَرِّجِ ٱلْكَرْبِ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ\
   *wa mufarriji alkarbi \`an wajhihi*\
   the reliever of agony from his face,

351. قَاصِمِ ٱلْكَفَرَةِ\
   *wa qasimi alkafarati*\
   the terminator of the infidels,

352. وَمُرْغِمِ ٱلْفَجَرَةِ\
   *wa murghimi alfajarati*\
   the conqueror on the wicked ones,

353. ٱلَّذِي جَعَلْتَهُ مِنْ نَبِيِّكَ\
   *alladhi ja\`altahu min nabiyyika*\
   whom You have made, with regard to his position to Your Prophet,

354. بِمَنْزِلَةِ هَاروُنَ مِنْ مُوسَىٰ\
   *bimanzilati haruna min musa*\
   to occupy the same position that (Prophet) Aaron enjoyed with (Prophet) Moses.

355. اَللَّهُمَّ وَالِ مَنْ وَالاَهُ\
   *allahumma wali man walahu*\
   O Allah, (please do) give support to any one who supports him,

356. وَعَادِ مَنْ عَادَاهُ\
   *wa \`adi man \`adahu*\
   be the enemy of every one who antagonizes him,

357. وَٱنْصُرْ مَنْ نَصَرَهُ\
   *wansur man nasarahu*\
   give victory to any one who gives him his victory,

358. وَٱخْذُلْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُ\
   *wakhdhul man khadhalahu*\
   disappoint every one who disappoints him,

359. وَٱلْعَنْ مَنْ نَصَبَ لَهُ\
   *wal\`an man nasaba lahu*\
   and lay curse on any one who incurs the hostility of him

360. مِنَ ٱلأَوَّلِينَ وَٱلآخِرِينَ\
   *min al-awwalina wal-akhirina*\
   from the past and the coming generations.

361. وَصَلِّ عَلَيْهِ أَفْضَلَ مَا صَلَّيْتَ\
   *wa salli \`alayhi afdala ma sallayta*\
   And (please do) bless him with the best blessings

362. عَلَىٰ أَحَدٍ مِنْ أَوْصِيَاءِ أَنْبِيَائِكَ\
   *\`ala ahadin min awsiya'i anbiya'ika*\
   that You have ever poured on any of Your Prophet’s successors.

363. يَا رَبَّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ\
   *ya rabba al\`alamina*\
   O Lord of the worlds!

364. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا صَفِيَّ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya safiyya allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O choice of Allah.

365. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا حَبِيبَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya habiba allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O beloved by Allah.

366. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا نَبِيَّ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya nabiyya allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O Prophet of Allah.

367. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَمِينَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya amina allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O trustee of Allah.

368. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا خَلِيفَةَ ٱللَّهِ فِي أَرْضِهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya khalifata allahi fi ardihi*\
   Peace be upon you, O representative of Allah in His lands.

369. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا ٱلْبَشَرِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya aba albashari*\
   Peace be upon you, O father of all mankind.

370. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَىٰ رُوحِكَ وَبَدَنِكَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka wa \`ala ruhika wa badanika*\
   Peace be upon you and upon your soul and body,

371. وَعَلَىٰ ٱلطَّاهِرِينَ مِنْ وُلْدِكَ وَذُرِّيَّتِكَ\
   *wa \`ala alttahirina min wuldika wa dhurriyyatika*\
   and upon the pure ones from your sons and descendants.

372. وَصَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ صَلاَةً لاََ يُحْصيهَا إِلاَّ هُوَ\
   *wa salla allahu \`alayka salatan la yuhsiha illa huwa*\
   May Allah pour upon you such innumerable blessings that none can count save Him.

373. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   May Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you.

374. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا نَبِيَّ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya nabiyya allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O Prophet of Allah.

375. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا صَفِيَّ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya safiyya allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O choice of Allah.

376. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَلِيَّ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya waliyya allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O intimate servant of Allah.

377. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا حَبِيبَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya habiba allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O beloved by Allah.

378. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا شَيْخَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya shaykha almursalina*\
   Peace be upon you, O chief of the Messengers.

379. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَمِينَ ٱللَّهِ فِي أَرْضِهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya amina allahi fi ardihi*\
   Peace be upon you, O trustee of Allah in His lands.

380. صَلَوَاتُ ٱللَّهِ وَسَلاَمُهُ عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَىٰ روُحِكَ وَبَدَنِكَ\
   *salawatu allahi wa salamuhu \`alayka wa \`ala ruhika wa badanika*\
   May Allah’s peace and blessings be upon you, upon your soul and body,

381. وَعَلَىٰ ٱلطَّاهِرِينَ مِنْ وُلْدِكَ\
   *wa \`ala alttahirina min wuldika*\
   and upon the pure ones from among your sons.

382. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   May Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you.

383. اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي صَلَّيْتُ هَاتَيْنِ ٱلرَّكْعَتَيْنِ\
   *allahumma inni sallattu hatayni alrrak\`atayni*\
   O Allah, I have offered these two units of prayer,

384. هَدِيَّةً مِنِّي إِلَىٰ سَيِّدِي وَمَوْلاَيَ\
   *hadiyyatan minni ila sayyidi wa mawlaya*\
   as present from me to my master and chief:

385. وَلِيِّكَ وَأَخِي رَسُولِكَ\
   *waliyyika wa akhi rasulika*\
   Your intimate servant, the brother of Your Messenger,

386. أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *amiri almu'minina*\
   the Commander of the Faithful

387. وَسَيِّدِ ٱلْوَصِيّينَ\
   *wa sayyidi alwasiyyina*\
   and the chief of the Prophets’ successors;

388. عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ\
   *\`aliyyi bni abi talibin*\
   namely, Ali the son of Abu Talib,

389. صَلَوَاتُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَىٰ آلِهِ\
   *salawatu allahi \`alayhi wa \`ala alihi*\
   may Allah’s blessings be upon him and his household.

390. اَللَّهُمَّ فَصَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ\
   *allahumma fasalli \`ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin*\
   So, O Allah, (please do) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

391. وَتَقَبَّلَهَا مِنِّي\
   *wa taqabbalha minni*\
   accept that prayer from me,

392. وَٱجْزِنِي عَلَىٰ ذٰلِكَ جَزَاءَ ٱلْمُحْسِنينَ\
   *wajzini \`ala dhalika jaza'a almuhsinina*\
   and confer upon me with the reward that You give to the good-doers.

393. اَللَّهُمَّ لَكَ صَلَّيْتُ\
   *allahumma laka sallaytu*\
   O Allah, to You have I offered prayer,

394. وَلَكَ رَكَعْتُ\
   *wa laka raka\`tu*\
   genuflected,

395. وَلَكَ سَجَدْتُ\
   *wa laka sajadtu*\
   and prostrated myself;

396. وَحْدَكَ لاََ شَرِيكَ لَكَ\
   *wahdaka la sharika laka*\
   to You alone without associating anyone with You,

397. لأَنَّهُ لاََ تَكُونُ ٱلصَّلاَةُ\
   *li'annahu la takunu alssalatu*\
   because prayers,

398. وَٱلرُّكُوعُ وَٱلسُّجُودُ إِلاَّ لَكَ\
   *walrruku\`u walssujudu illa laka*\
   genuflections, and prostrations are submitted to none save You,

399. لأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ ٱللَّهُ لاََ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ\
   *li'annaka anta allahu la ilaha illa anta*\
   because You are Allah; there is no god save You.

400. اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ\
   *allahumma salli \`ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin*\
   O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

401. وَتَقَبَّلْ مِنِّي زِيَارَتِي\
   *wa taqabbal minni ziyarati*\
   admit my visit,

402. وَأَعْطِنِي سُؤْلِي\
   *wa a\`tini su'li*\
   and respond to my requests

403. بِمُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ ٱلطَّاهِرِينَ\
   *bimuhammadin wa alihi alttahirina*\
   in the name of Muhammad and his Household—the immaculate ones.

404. اَللَّهُمَّ إِلَيْكَ تَوَجَّهْتُ\
   *allahumma ilayka tawajjahtu*\
   O Allah, to You do I direct my face,

405. وَبِكَ ٱعْتَصَمْتُ\
   *wa bika i\`tasamtu*\
   to You do I resort,

406. وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ\
   *wa \`alayka tawakkaltu*\
   and on You do I rely.

407. اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ ثِقَتِي وَرَجَائِي\
   *allahumma anta thiqati wa raja'i*\
   O Allah, You are my trust and my hope;

408. فَٱكْفِنِي مَا أَهَمَّنِي وَمَا لاََ يُهِمُّنِي\
   *fakfini ma ahammani wa ma la yuhimmuni*\
   so, (please do) save me from whatever concerns me, whatever does not concern me,

409. وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي\
   *wa ma anta a\`lamu bihi minni*\
   and whatever You know more than I do.

410. عَزَّ جَارُكَ\
   *\`azza jaruka*\
   Certainly, protected is he who lies under Your protection,

411. وَجَلَّ ثَنَاؤُكَ\
   *wa jalla thana'uka*\
   glory be to Your praise,

412. وَلاَ إِلٰهَ غَيْرُكَ\
   *wa la ilaha ghayruka*\
   and there is no deity save You.

413. صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّد\
   *salli \`ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin*\
   (Please do) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

414. وَقَرِّبْ فَرَجَهُمْ\
   *wa qarrib farajahum*\
   and hasten their Relief.

415. إِرْحَمْ ذُلِّي بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ\
   *irham dhulli bayna yadayka*\
   (Please do) have mercy on my humiliation before You,

416. وَتَضَرُّعِي إِلَيْكَ\
   *wa tadarru\`i ilayka*\
   on my earnest imploring to You,

417. وَوَحْشَتِي مِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ\
   *wa wahshati min alnnasi*\
   on my loneliness among people,

418. وَأُنْسِي بِكَ\
   *wa unsi bika*\
   and on my amiability with You.

419. يَا كَرِيمُ يَا كَرِيمُ يَا كَرِيمُ\
   *ya karimu ya karimu ya karimu*\
   O All-generous! O All-generous! O All-generous!

420. لاََ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي حَقّاً حَقّاً\
   *la ilaha illa anta rabbi haqqan haqqan*\
   There is no god save You, my Lord; truly, truly.

421. سَجَدْتُ لَكَ يَا رَبِّ تَعَبُّداً وَرِقّاً\
   *sajadtu laka ya rabbi ta\`abbudan wa riqqan*\
   O Lord, I prostrate myself before You as sign of my worshipfulness and servitude to You.

422. اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ عَمَلِي ضَعيفٌ فَضَاعِفْهُ لِي\
   *allahumma inna \`amali da\`ifun fada\`ifhu li*\
   O Allah, my deed is certainly feeble; so, (please do) grant it strength by increasing it many times,

423. يَا كَرِيمُ يَا كَرِيمُ يَا كَرِيمُ\
   *ya karimu ya karimu ya karimu*\
   O All-generous! O All-generous! O All-generous!

424. شُكْراً\
   *shukran*\
   Thanks.

425. اَللَّهُمَّ لاََ بُدَّ مِنْ أَمْرِكَ\
   *allahumma la budda min amrika*\
   O Allah, Your determination is surely unavoidable,

426. وَلاَ بُدَّ مِنْ قَدَرِكَ\
   *wa la budda min qadarika*\
   Your destiny is unavoidable,

427. وَلاَ بُدَّ مِنْ قَضَائِكَ\
   *wa la budda min qada'ika*\
   Your act is unavoidable,

428. وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِكَ\
   *wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa bika*\
   and there is no power and no might except with You.

429. اَللَّهُمَّ فَمَا قَضَيْتَ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ قَضَاءٍ\
   *allahumma fama qadayta \`alayna min qada'in*\
   So, O Allah, whatever act You decide on us

430. أَوْ قَدَّرْتَ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ قَدَرٍ\
   *aw qaddarta \`alayna min qadarin*\
   and whatever decree You make on us,

431. فَأَعْطِنَا مَعَهُ صَبْراً يَقْهَرُهُ وَيَدْمَغُهُ\
   *fa'a\`tina ma\`ahu sabran yaqharuhu wa yadmaghuhu*\
   (please do) grant us along with it patience that repels and fends it off

432. وَٱجْعَلْهُ لَنَا صَاعِداً فِي رِضْوَانِكَ\
   *waj\`alhu lana sa\`idan fi ridwanika*\
   and make it ascend for our good toward Your Pleasure

433. يُنْمي فِي حَسَنَاتِنَا وَتَفْضيلِنَا\
   *yunmi fi hasanatina wa tafdilina*\
   so that it shall grow up our rewards, favors,

434. وَسُؤْدَدِنَا وَشَرَفِنَا\
   *wa su'dadina wa sharafina*\
   tributes, honor,

435. وَمَجْدِنَا وَنَعْمَائِنَا\
   *wa majdina wa na\`ma'ina*\
   glory, boon,

436. وَكَرَامَتِنَا فِي ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلآخِرَةِ\
   *wa karamatina fi alddunya wal-akhirati*\
   and dignity in this world as well as the world to come.

437. وَلاَ تَنْقُصْ مِنْ حَسَنَاتِنَا\
   *wa la tanqus min hasanatina*\
   And (please) do not lessen our rewards.

438. اَللَّهُمَّ وَمَا أَعْطَيْتَنَا مِنْ عَطَاءٍ\
   *allahumma wa ma a\`taytana min \`ata'in*\
   O Allah, whatever donation You give us,

439. أَوْ فَضَّلْتَنَا بِهِ مِنْ فَضِيلَةٍ\
   *aw faddaltana bihi min fadilatin*\
   whatever virtue You confer on us,

440. أَوْ أَكْرَمْتَنَا بِهِ مِنْ كَرَامَةٍ\
   *aw akramtana bihi min karamatin*\
   whatever endowment You bestow on us,

441. فَأَعْطِنَا مَعَهُ شُكْراً يَقْهَرُهُ وَيَدْمَغُهُ\
   *fa'a\`tina ma\`ahu shukran yaqharuhu wa yadmaghuhu*\
   (please) grant us with it thanksgiving that repels and fends it off.

442. وَٱجْعَلْهُ لَنَا صَاعِداً فِي رِضْوَانِكَ\
   *waj\`alhu lana sa\`idan fi ridwanika*\
   And make it ascend for our good toward Your Pleasure,

443. وَفِي حَسَنَاتِنَا وَسُؤْدَدِنَا\
   *wa fi hasanatina wa su'dadina*\
   and ascend in our rewards, tribute,

444. وَشَرَفِنَا وَنَعْمَائِكَ\
   *wa sharafina wa na\`ma'ika*\
   honor, Your boon,

445. وَكَرَامَتِكَ فِي ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلآخِرَةِ\
   *wa karamatika fi alddunya wal-akhirati*\
   and Your honoring (us) in this world as well as the world to come.

446. وَلاَ تَجْعَلْهُ لَنَا أَشَراً وَلاَ بَطَراً\
   *wa la taj\`alhu lana asharan wa la bataran*\
   And (please) do not make it to be for us a source of evil, ungratefulness,

447. وَلاَ فِتْنَةً وَلاَ مَقْتاً\
   *wa la fitnatan wa la maqtan*\
   seditious matter, hatred,

448. وَلاَ عَذَاباً وَلاَ خِزْياً فِي ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلآخِرَةِ\
   *wa la \`adhaban wa la khizyan fi alddunya wal-akhirati*\
   torture, or disgrace in this world as well as the world to come.

449. اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَثْرَةِ ٱللِّسَانِ\
   *allahumma inna na\`udhu bika min \`athrati allisani*\
   O Allah, we do seek Your protection against slips of tongues,

450. وَسُوءِ ٱلْمَقَامِ\
   *wa su'i almaqami*\
   evil situations,

451. وَخِفَّةِ ٱلْمِيزَانِ\
   *wa khiffati almizani*\
   and lightness of the Scale.

452. اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ\
   *allahumma salli \`ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin*\
   O Allah, (please do) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

453. وَلَقِّنَا حَسَنَاتِنَا فِي ٱلْمَمَاتِ\
   *wa laqqina hasanatina fi almamati*\
   make us meet our the rewards of good deeds at the hours of our death,

454. وَلاَ تُرِنَا أَعْمَالَنَا حَسَرَاتٍ\
   *wa la turina a\`malana hasaratin*\
   do not show us the fruits of our deeds as nothing but regrets,

455. وَلاَ تُخْزِنَا عِنْدَ قَضَائِكَ\
   *wa la tukhzina \`inda qada'ika*\
   do not disgrace us when You judge us,

456. وَلاَ تَفْضَحْنَا بِسَيِّئَاتِنَا يَوْمَ نَلْقَاكَ\
   *wa la tafdahna bisayyi'atina yawma nalqaka*\
   do not expose us because of our evildoings on the Day when we shall meet You,

457. وَٱجْعَلْ قُلُوبَنَا تَذْكُرُكَ وَلاَ تَنْسَاكَ\
   *waj\`al qulubana tadhkuruka wa la tansaka*\
   make our hearts remember You always and never forget You,

458. وَتَخْشَاكَ كَأَنَّهَا تَرَاكَ حَتَّىٰ نَلْقَاكَ\
   *wa takhshaka ka'annaha taraka hatta talqaka*\
   make our hears fear You as if they can see You until we meet You,

459. وَصَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ\
   *wa salli \`ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin*\
   send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

460. وَبَدِّلْ سَيِّئَاتِنَا حَسَنَاتٍ\
   *wa baddil sayyi'atina hasanatin*\
   change our evildoings into good deeds,

461. وَٱجْعَلْ حَسْنَاتِنَا دَرَجَاتٍ\
   *waj\`al hasanatina darajatin*\
   make our good deeds to be grades,

462. وَٱجْعَلْ دَرَجَاتِنَا غُرُفَاتٍ\
   *waj\`al darajatina ghurufatin*\
   change our grades into chambers (in Paradise),

463. وَٱجْعَلْ غُرُفَاتِنَا عَالِيَاتٍ\
   *waj\`al ghurufatina \`aliyatin*\
   and make our chambers high.

464. اَللَّهُمَّ وَأَوْسِعْ لِفَقِيرِنَا\
   *allahumma wa awsi\` lifaqirina*\
   O Allah, (please do) expand the source of sustenance for our poor people

465. مِنْ سَعَةِ مَا قَضَيْتَ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِكَ\
   *min sa\`ati ma qadayta \`ala nafsika*\
   from the expansion that You have taken upon Yourself to make.

466. اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ\
   *allahumma salli \`ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin*\
   O Allah, (please do) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

467. وَمُنَّ عَلَيْنَا بِٱلْهُدَىٰ مَا أَبْقَيْتَنَا\
   *wa munna \`alayna bilhuda ma abqaytana*\
   and endue us with true guidance as long as You grant us life,

468. وَٱلْكَرَامَةِ مَا أَحْيَيْتَنَا\
   *walkaramati ma ahyaytana*\
   with honor as long as You keep us alive,

469. وَٱلْمَغْفِرَةِ إِذَا تَوَفَّيْتَنَا\
   *walkaramati idha tawaffaytana*\
   with forgiveness when You decide to cease our lifetime,

470. وَٱلْحِفْظِ فِي مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ عُمْرِنَا\
   *walhifzi fi ma baqiya min \`umrina*\
   with protection in the rest of our lifetime,

471. وَٱلْبَرَكَةِ فِي مَا رَزَقْتَنَا\
   *walbarakati fi ma razaqtana*\
   with blessings in the sustenance that You give us,

472. وَٱلْعَوْنِ عَلَىٰ مَا حَمَّلْتَنَا\
   *wal\`awni \`ala ma hammaltana*\
   with help to carry out what You have burdened us with,

473. وَٱلثَّبَاتِ عَلَىٰ مَا طَوَّقْتَنَا\
   *walththabati \`ala ma tawwaqtana*\
   and with steadfastness against what You have imposed on us.

474. وَلاَ تُؤاخِذْنَا بِظُلْمِنَا\
   *wa la tu'akhidhna bizulmina*\
   And do not punish us for our wrongdoings,

475. وَلاَ تُقَايِسْنَا بِجَهْلِنَا\
   *wa la tuqayisna bijahlina*\
   do not treat us on basis of our lack of knowledge,

476. وَلاَ تَسْتَدْرِجْنَا بِخَطَايَانَا\
   *wa la tastadrijna bikhatayana*\
   do not draw us near to destruction gradually on account of our sins,

477. وَٱجْعَلْ أَحْسَنَ مَا نَقُولُ ثَابِتاً فِي قُلُوبِنَا\
   *waj\`al ahsana ma naqulu thabitan fi qulubina*\
   make the best of our words to be firm in our hearts,

478. وَٱجْعَلْنَا عُظَمَاءَ عِنْدَكَ\
   *waj\`alna \`uzama'a \`indaka*\
   make us to be great persons in Your view

479. وَأَذِلَّةً فِي أَنْفُسِنَا\
   *wa adhillatan fi anfusina*\
   but humble ones in our own views,

480. وَٱنْفَعْنَا بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنَا\
   *wanfa\`na bima \`allamtana*\
   make that which You have taught us to benefit us,

481. وَزِدْنَا عِلْماً نَافِعاً\
   *wa zidna \`ilman nafi\`an*\
   and increase us with useful knowledge.

482. وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ قَلْبٍ لاََ يَخْشَعُ\
   *wa a\`udhu bika min qalbin la yakhsha\`u*\
   And I seek Your protection against a heart that does not submit (to You),

483. وَمِنْ عَيْنٍ لاََ تَدْمَعُ\
   *wa min \`aynin la tadma\`u*\
   an eye that does not shed tears (for fear of You),

484. وَمِنْ صَلاَةٍ لاََ تُقْبَلُ\
   *wa min salatin la tuqbalu*\
   and a prayer that is not admitted (by You).

485. أَجِرْنَا مِنْ سُوءِ الْفِتَنِ\
   *ajirna min su'i alfitani*\
   (Please do) rescue us from the evil seditious matters,

486. يَا وَلِيَّ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلآخِرَةِ\
   *ya waliyya alddunya wal-akhirati*\
   O Manager of this world and the world to come.

487. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka yabna rasuli allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O son of Allah’s Messenger.

488. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka yabna amiri almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon you, O son of the Commander of the Faithful.

489. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ ٱلصِّديقَةِ ٱلطَّاهِرَةِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka yabna alssiddiqati alttahirati*\
   Peace be upon you, O son of the veracious and pure

490. سَيِّدَةِ نِسَاءِ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ\
   *sayyidati nisa'i al\`alamina*\
   doyenne of all women of the world.

491. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلاَيَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya mawlaya ya aba \`abdillahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O my master, Abu-\`Abdullah.

492. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَركَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   So be upon you Allah’s mercy and blessings.

493. أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ قَدْ أَقَمْتَ ٱلصَّلاَةَ\
   *ashhadu annaka qad aqamta alssalata*\
   I bear witness that you offered the prayers,

494. وَآتَيْتَ ٱلزَّكَاةَ\
   *wa atayta alzzakata*\
   gave alms (zakat),

495. وَأَمَرْتَ بِٱلْمَعْروُفِ\
   *wa amarta bilma\`rufi*\
   you enjoined the right,

496. وَنَهَيْتَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنْكَرِ\
   *wa nahayta \`an almunkari*\
   forbade the wrong,

497. وَتَلَوْتَ ٱلْكِتَابَ حَقَّ تِلاَوَتِهِ\
   *wa talawta alkitaba haqqa tilawatihi*\
   recited the Book as it ought to be read,

498. وَجَاهَدْتَ فِي ٱللَّهِ حَقَّ جِهَادِهِ\
   *wa jahadta fi allahi haqqa jihadihi*\
   strove for the sake of Allah as it ought to be striven,

499. وَصَبَرْتَ عَلَىٰ ٱلأَذَىٰ فِي جَنْبِهِ\
   *wa sabarta \`ala aladha fi janbihi*\
   and stood harm for His sake,

500. مُحْتَسِباً حَتَّىٰ أَتَاكَ ٱلْيَقينُ\
   *muhtasiban hatta ataka alyaqinu*\
   seeking His reward, until death came upon you.

501. وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ ٱلَّذينَ خَالَفُوكَ وَحَارَبُوكَ\
   *wa ashhadu anna alladhina khalafuka wa harabuka*\
   And I witness that those who dissented with you, those who fought against you,

502. وَأَنَّ ٱلَّذينَ خَذَلُوكَ وَٱلَّذينَ قَتَلُوكَ\
   *wa anna alladhina khadhaluka walladhina qataluka*\
   those who disappointed you, and those who slew you—

503. مَلْعُونُونَ عَلَىٰ لِسَانِ ٱلنَّبِيِّ ٱلأُمِّيِّ\
   *mal\`ununa \`ala lisani alnnabiyyi al-ummiyyi*\
   all those are accused in the words of the Ummi (i.e. inhabitant of Umm al-Qura, Makkah) Prophet.

504. وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنِ ٱفْتَرَىٰ\
   *wa qad khaba man iftara*\
   And the forger must suffer frustration!

505. لَعَنَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلظَّالِمِينَ لَكُمْ\
   *la\`ana allahu alzzalimina lakum*\
   May Allah curse those who prosecuted you

506. مِنَ ٱلأَوَّلِينَ وَٱلآخِرِينَ\
   *min al-awwalina wal-akhirina*\
   from the past and the coming generations

507. وَضَاعَفَ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْعَذَابَ ٱلأَلِيمَ\
   *wa da\`afa \`alayhim al\`adhaba al-alima*\
   and may He double for them the painful chastisement.

508. أَتَيْتُكَ يَا مَوْلاَيَ يَا بْنَ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *ataytuka ya mawlaya yabna rasuli allahi*\
   O my master and son of Allah’s Messenger,

509. زَائِراً عَارِفاً بِحَقِّكَ\
   *za'iran \`arifan bihaqqika*\
   I have come visiting you and recognizing your status,

510. مُوَالِياً لأَوْلِيَائِكَ\
   *muwaliyan li-awliya'ika*\
   showing loyalty to your adherents,

511. مُعَادِياً لأَعْدَائِكَ\
   *mu\`adiyan li-a\`da'ika*\
   incurring the hostility of your enemies,

512. مُسْتَبْصِراً بِٱلْهُدَىٰ ٱلَّذِي أَنْتَ عَلَيْهِ\
   *mustabsiran bilhuda alladhi anta \`alayhi*\
   acknowledging the true guidance that you follow,

513. عَارِفاً بِضَلاَلَةِ مَنْ خَالَفَكَ\
   *\`arifan bidalalati man khalafaka*\
   and understanding the deviation (from the right path) of any one who disagrees with you.

514. فَٱشْفَعْ لِي عِنْدَ رَبِّكَ\
   *fashfa\` li \`inda rabbika*\
   So, (please) intercede for me with your Lord.

515. إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ\
   *inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji\`una*\
   To Allah we belong and to Him is our return.

516. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا ﭐلْوَصِيُّ ﭐلْبَرُّ ﭐلتَّقِيُّ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ayyuha alwasiyyu albarru alttaqiyyu*\
   Peace be upon you, O successor (of the Prophet), righteous, and pious.

517. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا ﭐلنَّبَأُ ﭐلْعَظِيمُ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ayyuha alnnaba'u al\`azimu*\
   Peace be upon you, O Great News.

518. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا ﭐلصِّدِّيقُ ﭐلرَّشِيدُ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ayyuha alssiddiqu alrrashidu*\
   Peace be upon you, O veracious and right-directing one.

519. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا ﭐلْبَرُّ ﭐلزَّكِيُّ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ayyuha albarru alzzakiyyu*\
   Peace be upon you, O righteous and pure.

520. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَصِيَّ رَسُولِ رَبِّ ﭐلْعَالَمِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya wasiyya rasuli rabbi al\`alamina*\
   Peace be upon you, O Successor of the Messenger of the Lord of the worlds.

521. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا خِيَرَةَ ﭐللَّهِ عَلَىٰ ﭐلْخَلْقِ أَجْمَعِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya khiyarata allahi \`ala alkhalqi ajma\`ina*\
   Peace be upon you, O choice of Allah over all creatures.

522. أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ حَبيبُ ﭐللَّهِ وَخَاصَّةُ ﭐللَّهِ وَخَالِصَتُهُ\
   *ashhadu annaka habibu allahi wa khassatu allahi wa khalisatuhu*\
   I bear witness that you are indeed, Allah’s beloved, elite, and select.

523. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَلِيَّ ﭐللَّهِ وَمَوْضِعَ سِرِّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya waliyya allahi wa mawdi\`a sirrihi*\
   Peace be upon you, O intimate servant of Allah, center of His secrets,

524. وَعَيْبَةَ عِلْمِهِ وَخَازِنَ وَحْيِهِ\
   *wa \`aybata \`ilmihi wa khazina wahyihi*\
   store of His knowledge, and keeper of His Revelation.

525. بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي يَا أَمِيرَ ﭐلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *bi'abi anta wa ummi ya amir almu'minina*\
   May Allah accept my father and mother as ransoms for you, O Commander of the Faithful!

526. بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي يَا حُجَّةَ ﭐلْخِصَامِ\
   *bi'abi anta wa ummi ya hujjata alkhisami*\
   May Allah accept my father and mother as ransoms for you, O argument in controversies!

527. بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي يَا بَابَ ﭐلْمَقَامِ\
   *bi'abi anta wa ummi ya baba almaqami*\
   May Allah accept my father and mother as ransoms for you, O door to the (elevated) position!

528. بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي يَا نُورَ ﭐللَّهِ ﭐلتَّامَّ\
   *bi'abi anta wa ummi ya nura allahi alttamma*\
   May Allah accept my father and mother as ransoms for you, O utter light of Allah!

529. أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ قَدْ بَلَّغْتَ عَنِ ﭐللَّهِ\
   *ashhadu annaka qad ballaghta \`an allahi*\
   I bear witness that you have conveyed all that which you were ordered to convey from Allah

530. وَعَنْ رَسُولِ ﭐللَّهِ\
   *wa \`an rasuli allahi*\
   and from Allah’s Messenger,

531. صَلَّىٰ ﭐللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ مَا حُمِّلْتَ\
   *salla allahu \`alayhi wa alihi ma hummilta*\
   may Allah’s peace be upon him and his Household,

532. وَرَعَيْتَ مَا ﭐسْتُحْفِظْتَ\
   *wa ra\`ayta ma istuhfizta*\
   attended to that which was kept with you,

533. وَحَفِظْتَ مَا ﭐسْتُوْدِعْتَ\
   *wa hafizta ma istudi\`ta*\
   kept that which was stored with you,

534. وَحَلَّلْتَ حَلاَلَ ﭐللَّهِ\
   *wa hallalata halala allahi*\
   decided as lawful all that which Allah has deemed lawful,

535. وَحَرَّمْتَ حَرَامَ ﭐللَّهِ\
   *wa harramta harama allahi*\
   decided as unlawful all that which Allah has deemed unlawful,

536. وَأَقَمْتَ أَحْكَامَ ﭐللَّهِ\
   *wa aqamta ahkama allahi*\
   carried out the decrees of Allah,

537. وَلَمْ تَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ ﭐللَّهِ\
   *wa lam tata\`adda hududa allahi*\
   never exceeded the limits of Allah,

538. وَعَبَدْتَ ﭐللَّهَ مُخْلِصاً\
   *wa \`abadta allaha mukhlisan*\
   and worshipped Allah sincerely

539. حَتَّىٰ أَتَاكَ ﭐلْيَقينُ\
   *hatta ataka alyaqinu*\
   until death came upon you.

540. صَلَّىٰ ﭐللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ\
   *salla allahu \`alayka*\
   May Allah send blessings upon you

541. وَعَلَىٰ ﭐلأَئِمَّةِ مِنْ بَعْدِكَ\
   *wa \`ala al-a'immati min ba\`dika*\
   and upon the Imams who came after you!

542. يَا جَدَّاهُ يَا سَيِّدَاهُ\
   *ya jaddahu ya sayyidahu*\
   O grandfather! O master!

543. يَا طَيِّبَاهُ يَا طَاهِرَاهُ\
   *ya tayyibahu ya tahirahu*\
   O pure! O infallible!

544. لاََ جَعَلَهُ ﭐللَّهُ آخِرَ ﭐلْعَهْدِ مِنْكَ\
   *la ja\`alahu allahu akhira al\`ahdi minka*\
   May Allah not cause this (visit of mine) to be the last of my compliments to you.

545. وَرَزَقَنِي ﭐلْعَوْدَ إِلَيْكَ\
   *wa razaqani al\`awda ilayka*\
   May He grant me the opportunity to visit you again,

546. وَﭐلْمَقَامَ فِي حَرَمِكَ\
   *walmaqama fi haramika*\
   to reside at your holy shrine,

547. وَﭐلْكَوْنَ مَعَكَ\
   *walkawna ma\`aka*\
   and to be included with you

548. وَمَعَ ﭐلأَبْرَارِ مِنْ وُلْدِكَ\
   *wa ma\`a al-abrari min wuldika*\
   and with the righteous ones among your sons!

549. صَلَّىٰ ﭐللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ\
   *salla allahu \`alayka*\
   May Allah send blessings upon you

550. وَعلَىٰ ﭐلْمَلاَئِكَةِ ﭐلْمُحْدِقِينَ بِكَ\
   *wa \`ala almala'ikati almuhdiqina bika*\
   and upon the angels surrounding you!

551. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَبِي ﭐلأَئِمَّةِ وَخَلِيلِ ﭐلنُّبُوَّةِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala abi al-a'immati wa khalili alnnubuwwati*\
   Peace be upon the father of the Imams, the friend of the Prophethood,

552. وَﭐلْمَخْصُوصِ بِٱلأُخُوَّةِ\
   *walmakhsusi bil'ukhuwwati*\
   and the one exclusively granted the fraternity (of the Holy Prophet).

553. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ يَعْسُوبِ ﭐلإِيـمَانِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala ya\`subi al'imani*\
   Peace be upon the chief of true faith,

554. وَميزَانِ ﭐلأَعْمَالِ\
   *wa mizani al-a\`mali*\
   the Scale of the deeds

555. وَسَيْفِ ذِي ﭐلْجَلاَلِ\
   *wa sayfi dhi aljalali*\
   and the sword of the Lord of Majesty.

556. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ صَالِحِ ﭐلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala salihi almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon the most righteous of the believers,

557. وَوَارِثِ عِلْمِ ﭐلنَّبِيِّينَ\
   *wa warithi \`ilmi alnnabiyyina*\
   the inheritor of the knowledge of the Prophets,

558. ﭐلْحَاكِمِ فِي يَوْمِ ﭐلدِّينِ\
   *alhakimi fi yawmi alddini*\
   and the judge on the Judgment Day.

559. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ شَجَرَةِ ﭐلتَّقْوَىٰ\
   *alssalamu \`ala shajarati alttaqwa*\
   Peace be upon the Tree of Piety.

560. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ حُجَّةِ ﭐللَّهِ ﭐلْبَالِغَةِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala hujjati allahi albalighati*\
   Peace be upon Allah’s conclusive argument,

561. وَنِعْمَتِهِ ﭐلسَّابِغَةِ\
   *wa ni\`matihi alssabighati*\
   His flowing boon,

562. وَنِقْمَتِهِ ﭐلدَّامِغَةِ\
   *wa niqmatihi alddamighati*\
   and His forceful punishment.

563. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ﭐلصِّرَاطِ ﭐلوَاضِحِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala alssirati alwadihi*\
   Peace be upon the clear-cut path,

564. وَﭐلنَّجْمِ ﭐللاَّئِحِ\
   *walnnajmi alla'ihi*\
   the patent star,

565. وَﭐلإِمَامِ ﭐلنَّاصِحِ\
   *wal-imami alnnasihi*\
   and the advising leader.

566. وَرَحْمَةُ ﭐللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   May Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him.

567. أَنْتَ وَسيلَتِي إِلَىٰ ﭐللَّهِ وَذَريعَتِي\
   *anta wasilati ila allahi wa dhari\`ati*\
   You are indeed, my means and my course to Allah.

568. وَلِي حَقُّ مُوَالاَتِي وَتَأْمِيلِي\
   *wa li haqqu muwalati wa ta'mili*\
   And I enjoy the right of my loyalty to you and my hoping for you.

569. فَكُنْ لِي شَفيعِي إِلَىٰ ﭐللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ\
   *fakun shafi\`i ila allahi \`azza wa jalla*\
   So, (please) be my intercessor before Allah—the Almighty and All-majestic—

570. فِي ﭐلْوُقُوفِ عَلَىٰ قَضَاءِ حَاجَتِي\
   *fi alwuqufi \`ala qada'I hajati*\
   as regards the settlement of my request,

571. وَهِيَ فَكَاكُ رَقَبَتِي مِنَ ﭐلنَّارِ\
   *wa hiya fakaku raqabati min alnnari*\
   which is the release of my neck from Hellfire.

572. وَﭐصْرِفْنِي فِي مَوْقِفِي هٰذَا بِٱلنُّجْحِ\
   *wasrifni fi mawqifi hadha bilnnujhi*\
   And (please) seal my current situation with success

573. وَبِمَا سَأَلْتُهُ كُلَّهُِ بِرَحْمَتِهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ\
   *wa bima sa'altuhu kullahi birahmatihi wa qudratihi*\
   and with response to all that which I have asked for, out of His mercy and power.

574. اَللَّهُمَّ ﭐرْزُقْنِي عَقْلاًَ كَامِلاًَ\
   *allahumma irzuqni \`aqlan kamilan*\
   O Allah, (please do) grant me an utter intellect,

575. وَلُبَّا رَاجِحاً\
   *wa lubban rajihan*\
   sharp aptitude,

576. وَقَلْباً زَكِيّاً\
   *wa qalban zakiyyan*\
   pure heart,

577. وَعَمَلاًَ كَثيراً\
   *wa \`amalan kathiran*\
   much deed,

578. وَأَدَباً بَارِعاً\
   *wa adaban bari\`an*\
   and fabulous courtesy,

579. وَﭐجْعَلْ ذٰلِكَ كُلَّهُ لِي\
   *waj\`al dhalika kullahu li*\
   and make all that for my good

580. وَلاَ تَجْعَلْهُ عَلَيَّ\
   *wa la taj\`alhu \`alayya*\
   and do not make it against me,

581. بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ ﭐلرَّاحِمينَ\
   *birahmatika ya arhama alrrahimina*\
   \[I beseech You\] in the name of Your mercy, O most Merciful of all those who show mercy!

582. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَلِيَّ ﭐللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya waliyya allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O intimate servant of Allah.

583. أَنْتَ أَوَّلُ مَظْلُومٍ\
   *anta awwalu mazlumin*\
   You are the first to have been oppressed

584. وَأَوَّلُ مَنْ غُصِبَ حَقُّهُ\
   *wa awwalu man ghusiba haqquhu*\
   and the first to have had his right usurped.

585. صَبَرْتَ وَﭐحْتَسَبْتَ\
   *sabarta wahtasabta*\
   You, nevertheless, acted patiently, seeking the reward of Allah,

586. حَتَّىٰ أَتَاكَ ﭐلْيَقِينُ\
   *hatta ataka alyaqinu*\
   until death came upon you.

587. فَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ لَقِيتَ ﭐللَّهَ وَأَنْتَ شَهِيدٌ\
   *fa'ashhadu annaka laqita allaha wa anta shahidun*\
   I thus bear witness that you met Allah as martyr.

588. عَذَّبَ ﭐللَّهُ قَاتِلَكَ بِأَنْوَاعِ ﭐلْعَذَابِ\
   *\`adhdhaba allahu qatilaka bi-anwa\`i al\`adhabi*\
   May Allah torture him who killed you with the various kinds of torture

589. وَجَدَّدَ عَلَيْهِ ﭐلْعَذَابَ\
   *wa jaddada \`alayhi al\`adhaba*\
   and may He renew torture for him ceaselessly.

590. جِئْتُكَ عَارِفاً بِحَقِّكَ\
   *ji'tuka \`arifan bihaqqika*\
   I have come to you, recognizing your right,

591. مُسْتَبْصِراً بِشَأْنِكَ\
   *mustabsiran bisha'nika*\
   acknowledging your position,

592. مُعَادِياً لأَعْدَائِكَ وَمَنْ ظَلَمَكَ\
   *mu\`adiyan li-a\`da'ika wa man zalamaka*\
   and bearing enmity against your enemies and against those who wronged you.

593. أَلْقَىٰ عَلَىٰ ذٰلِكَ رَبِّي إِنْ شَاءَ ﭐللَّهُ\
   *alqa \`ala dhalika rabbi in sha'a allahu*\
   I, by Allah’s willing, will meet my Lord carrying these principles.

594. يَا وَلِيَّ ﭐللَّهِ\
   *ya waliyya allahi*\
   O intimate servant of Allah,

595. إِنَّ لِي ذُنُوباً كَثيرَةً\
   *inna li dhunuban kathiratan*\
   I have (committed) numerous sins;

596. فَٱشْفَعْ لِي إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ\
   *fashfa\` li ila rabbika*\
   so, (please) intercede for me before your Lord,

597. فَإِنَّ لَكَ عِنْدَ ٱللَّهِ مَقَاماً مَعْلُوماً\
   *fa'inna laka \`inda allahi maqaman ma\`luman*\
   for you indeed, enjoy a famous rank with Allah

598. وَإِنَّ لَكَ عِنْدَ ٱللَّهِ جَاهاً وَشَفَاعَةً\
   *wa inna laka \`inda allahi jahan wa shafa\`atan*\
   and you have indeed, enjoyed a high status and intercession with Allah.

599. وَقَدْ قَالَ ٱللَّهُ تَعَالَىٰ: ”وَلاَ يَشْفَعُونَ إِلاَّ لِمَنِ ٱرْتَضَىٰ.“\
   *wa qad qala allahu ta\`ala wa la yashfa\`una illa liman irtada*\
   Allah, the All-exalted, has said (in this respect), “And they do not intercede except for him whom He accepts.”

600. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا رَسُولَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya rasula allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O Allah’s Messenger.

601. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا صَفْوَةَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya safwata allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O Allah’s select.

602. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَمِينَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya amina allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O Allah’s trustee.

603. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مَنِ ٱصْطَفَاهُ ٱللَّهُ\
   *alssalamu \`ala man istafahu allahu*\
   Peace be upon him whom Allah chose,

604. وَٱخْتَصَّهُ وَٱخْتَارَهُ مِنْ بَرِيَّتِهِ\
   *wakhtassahu wakhtarahu min bariyyatihi*\
   selected, and preferred from among His creatures.

605. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا خَليلَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya khalila allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O Allah’s friend

606. مَا دَجَىٰ ٱللَّيْلُ وَغَسَقَ\
   *ma daja allaylu wa ghasaqa*\
   whenever night darkens and becomes dusk

607. وَأَضَاءَ ٱلنَّهَارُ وَأَشْرَقَ\
   *wa ada'a alnnaharu wa ashraqa*\
   and whenever daylight shines and gleams.

608. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ مَا صَمَتَ صَامِتٌ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ma samata samitun*\
   Peace be upon you whenever one keeps silent,

609. وَنَطَقَ نَاطِقٌ وَذَرَّ شَارِقٌ\
   *wa nataqa natiqun wa dharra shariqun*\
   whenever one utters something, and whenever a new day begins.

610. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   So also be Allah’s mercy and blessings upon you.

611. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مَوْلاَنَا أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala mawlana amiri almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon our master: the Commander of the Faithful,

612. عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالبٍ\
   *\`aliyyi bni abi talibin*\
   Ali the son of Abu Talib,

613. صَاحِبِ ٱلسَّوَابِقِ وَٱلْمَنَاقِبِ وَٱلنَّجْدَةِ\
   *sahibi alssawabiqi walmanaqibi walnnajdati*\
   the owner of unprecedented virtues, merits, and relief,

614. وَمُبيدِ ٱلْكَتَائِبِ\
   *wa mubidi alkata'ibi*\
   the terminator of the phalanxes of the infidels,

615. ٱلشَّديدِ ٱلْبَأْسِ\
   *alshshadidi alba'si*\
   the all-courageous,

616. ٱلْعَظِيمِ ٱلْمِرَاسِ\
   *al\`azimi almirasi*\
   the all-powerful,

617. ٱلْمَكِينِ ٱلأَسَاسِ\
   *almakini al-asasi*\
   the deep-rooted,

618. سَاقِي ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِٱلْكَأْسِ\
   *saqi almu'minina bilka'si*\
   who will serve the believers with water in a cup

619. مِنْ حَوْضِ ٱلرَّسُولِ ٱلْمَكِينِ ٱلأَمِينِ\
   *min hawdi alrrasuli almakini al-amini*\
   from the Pond of the Messenger—the honorable, the honest.

620. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ صَاحِبِ ٱلنُّهَىٰ وَٱلْفَضْلِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala sahibi alnnuha walfadli*\
   Peace be upon the owner of perspicacity, favors,

621. وَٱلطَّوَائِلِ وَٱلْمَكْرُمَاتِ وَٱلنَّوَائِلِ\
   *walttawa'ili walmakrumati walnnawa'ili*\
   bestowals, honors, and incentives.

622. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ فَارِسِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala farisi almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon the knight of the believers,

623. وَلَيْثِ ٱلْمُوَحِّدينَ\
   *wa laythi almuwahhidina*\
   the lion of the monotheists,

624. وَقَاتِلِ ٱلْمُشْرِكينَ\
   *wa qatili almushrikina*\
   the slayer of the polytheists,

625. وَوَصِيِّ رَسُولِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ\
   *wa wasiyyi rasuli rabbi al\`alamina*\
   and the successor of the Messenger of the Lord of the words.

626. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   May Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him, too.

627. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مَنْ أَيَّدَهُ ٱللَّهُ بَجِبْرَئِيلَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala man ayyadahu allahu bijabra'ila*\
   Peace be upon him whom Allah supported with (Archangel) Gabriel,

628. وَأَعَانَهُ بِمِيكَائِيلَ\
   *wa a\`anahu bimika'ila*\
   backed with (Archangel) Michael,

629. وَأَزْلَفَهُ فِي ٱلدَّارَيْنِ\
   *wa azlafahu fi alddarayni*\
   whom Allah has bestowed a close degree in both this abode and the abode to come,

630. وَحَبَاهُ بِكُلِّ مَا تَقَرُّ بِهِ ٱلْعَيْنُ\
   *wa habahu bikulli ma taqarru bihi al\`aynu*\
   and whom Allah has granted all things that act as delight for an eye.

631. وَصَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ\
   *wa salla allahu \`alayhi*\
   May Allah send blessings upon him

632. وَعَلَىٰ آلِهِ ٱلطَّاهِرِينَ\
   *wa \`ala alihi alttahirina*\
   upon his Household the immaculate,

633. وَعَلَىٰ أَوْلاَدِهِ ٱلْمُنْتَجَبِينَ\
   *wa \`ala awladihi almuntajabina*\
   upon his descendants the choicest ones,

634. وَعَلَىٰ ٱلأَئِمَّةَ ٱلرَّاشِدينَ\
   *wa \`ala al-a'immati alrrashidina*\
   and upon the right-directing Imams,

635. ٱلَّذينَ أَمَرُوٱ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ\
   *alladhina amaru bilma\`rufi*\
   who enjoined the right,

636. وَنَهَوْٱ عَنِ ٱلْمُنْكَرِ\
   *wa nahaw \`an almunkari*\
   forbade the wrong,

637. وَفَرَضُوٱ عَلَيْنَا ٱلصَّلَوَاتِ\
   *wa faradu \`alayna alssalawati*\
   explained to us the duty of prayers,

638. وَأَمَرُوٱ بِإِيتَاءِ ٱلزَّكَاةِ\
   *wa amaru bi'ita'i alzzakati*\
   ordered us to give alms,

639. وَعَرَّفُونَا صِيَامَ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ\
   *wa \`arrafuna siyama shahri ramadana*\
   made clear for us the observance of fasting during the month of Ramadan,

640. وَقِرَاءَةَ ٱلْقُرْآنِ\
   *wa qira'ata alqur'ani*\
   and taught us the true recitation of the Qur'an.

641. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَمِيرَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya amira almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon you, O Commander of the Faithful,

642. وَيَعْسُوبَ ٱلدِّينِ\
   *wa ya\`suba alddini*\
   chief of the religion,

643. وَقَائِدَ ٱلْغُرِّ ٱلْمُحَجَّلِينَ\
   *wa qa'ida alghurri almuhajjalina*\
   and leader of the white-forehead, marked believers.

644. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بَابَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya baba allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O door to Allah.

645. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا عَيْنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلنَّاظِرَةَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya \`ayna allahi alnnazirata*\
   Peace be upon you, O sighting Eye of Allah,

646. وَيَدَهُ ٱلبَاسِطَةَ\
   *wa yadahu albasitata*\
   extending Hand of Him,

647. وَأُذُنَهُ ٱلْوَاعِيَةَ\
   *wa udhunahu alwa\`iyata*\
   listening Ear of Him,

648. وَحِكْمَتَهُ ٱلْبَالِغَةَ\
   *wa hikmatahu albalighata*\
   Allah’s conclusive argument,

649. وَنِعْمَتَهُ ٱلسَّابِغَةَ\
   *wa ni\`matahu alssabighata*\
   His flowing boon,

650. وَنِقْمَتَهُ ٱلدَامِغَةَ\
   *wa niqmatahu alddamighata*\
   and His forceful punishment.

651. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ قَسِيمِ ٱلْجَنَّةَ وَٱلنَّارِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala qasimi aljannati walnnari*\
   Peace be upon the decider between people of Paradise and people of Hellfire.

652. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ نِعْمَةِ ٱللَّهِ عَلَىٰ ٱلأَبْرَارِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala ni\`mati allahi \`ala al-abrari*\
   Peace be upon Allah’s benefaction for the righteous ones

653. وَنِقْمَتِهِ عَلَىٰ ٱلْفُجَّارِ\
   *wa niqmatihi \`ala alfujjari*\
   and Allah’s wrath on the wicked ones.

654. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ سَيِّدِ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ ٱلأَخْيَارِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala sayyidi almuttaqina al-akhyari*\
   Peace be upon the leader of the pious good-doers.

655. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَخِي رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala akhi rasuli allahi*\
   Peace be upon the brother of Allah’s Messenger,

656. وَٱبْنِ عَمِّهِ وَزَوْجِ ٱبْنَتِهِ\
   *wabni \`ammihi wa zawji ibnatihi*\
   the cousin of him, the husband of his daughter,

657. وَٱلْمَخْلُوقِ مِنْ طِينَتِهِ\
   *walmakhluqi min tinatihi*\
   and the one created from the same clay of him.

658. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلأَصْلِ ٱلْقَدِيمِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala al-asli alqadimi*\
   Peace be upon the eternal origin

659. وَٱلْفَرْعِ ٱلْكَرِيمِ\
   *walfar\`i alkarimi*\
   and the noble branch.

660. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلَّثمَرِ ٱلْجَنِيِّ\
   *alssalamu \`ala alththamari aljaniyyi*\
   Peace be upon the prolific fruit.

661. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَبِي ٱلْحَسَنِ عَلِيٍّ\
   *alssalamu \`ala abi alhasani \`aliyyin*\
   Peace be upon Abu’l-Hasan, Ali.

662. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ شَجَرَةِ طُوبَىٰ وَسِدْرَةِ ٱلْمُنْتَهَىٰ\
   *alssalamu \`ala shajarati tuba wa sidrati almuntaha*\
   Peace be upon the Tree of Tuba (bliss) and the lote-tree of the utmost boundary.

663. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ آدَمَ صَفْوَةِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala adama safwati allahi*\
   Peace be upon Adam the choice of Allah,

664. وَنُوحٍ نَبِيِّ ٱللَّهِ\
   *wa nuhin nabiyyi allahi*\
   upon Noah the Prophet of Allah,

665. وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *wa ibrahima khalili allahi*\
   upon Abraham the friend of Allah,

666. وَمُوسَىٰ كَلِيمِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *wa musa kalimi allahi*\
   upon Moses the spoken by Allah,

667. وَعِيسَىٰ رُوحِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *wa \`isa ruhi allahi*\
   upon Jesus the Spirit of Allah,

668. وَمُحَمَّدٍ حَبِيبِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *wa muhammadin habibi allahi*\
   upon Muhammad the most beloved by Allah,

669. وَمَنْ بَيْنَهُمْ مِنَ ٱلنَّبِيِّينَ وَٱلصِّدِّيقِينَ\
   *wa man baynahum min alnnabiyyina walssiddiqina*\
   and upon the Prophets, the veracious ones,

670. وَٱلشُّهَدَاءِ وَٱلصَّالِحِينَ\
   *walshshuhada'i walssalihina*\
   the martyrs, and the upright ones who came among them.

671. وَحَسُنَ أُولٰئِكَ رَفِيقاً\
   *wa hasuna ula'ika rafiqan*\
   How excellent is the company of these!

672. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ نُورِ ٱلأَنْوَارِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala nuri al-anwari*\
   Peace be upon the light of lights,

673. وَسَلِيلِ ٱلأَطْهَارِ\
   *wa salili al-athari*\
   the descendant of the pure ones,

674. وَعَنَاصِرِ ٱلأَخْيَارِ\
   *wa \`anasiri al-akhyari*\
   and the originally righteous ones.

675. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ وَالِدِ ٱلأَئِمَّةِ ٱلأَبْرَارِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala walidi al-a'immati al-abrari*\
   Peace be upon the father of the virtuous Imams.

676. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ حَبْلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمَتِينِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala habli allahi almatini*\
   Peace be upon the firm cord of Allah

677. وَجَنْبِهِ ٱلْمَكِينِ\
   *wa janbihi almakini*\
   and the strong side of Him.

678. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   May Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him, too.

679. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَمِينِ ٱللَّهِ فِي أَرْضِهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala amini allahi fi ardihi*\
   Peace be upon Allah’s trustee on His land,

680. وَخَلِيفَتِهِ وَٱلْحَاكِمِ بِأَمْرِهِ\
   *wa khalifatihi walhakimi bi-amrihi*\
   Allah’s viceroy and the judge with His laws,

681. وَٱلْقَيِّمِ بِدِينِهِ\
   *walqayyimi bidinihi*\
   the custodian over His religion,

682. وَٱلنَّاطِقِ بِحِكْمَتِهِ\
   *walnnatiqi bihikmatihi*\
   the spokesman of His wisdom,

683. وَٱلْعَامِلِ بِكِتَابِهِ\
   *wal\`amili bikitabihi*\
   the actor upon His Book,

684. أَخِي ٱلرَّسُولِ\
   *akhi alrrasuli*\
   the brother of the Messenger,

685. وَزَوْجِ ٱلْبَتُولِ\
   *wa zawji albatuli*\
   the husband of the Chaste Lady,

686. وَسَيْفِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمَسْلُولِ\
   *wa sayfi allahi almasluli*\
   and the unsheathed sword of Allah.

687. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ صَاحِبِ ٱلدَّلاَلاَتِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala sahibi alddalalati*\
   Peace be upon the owner of the indications,

688. وَٱلآيَاتِ ٱلْبَاهِرَاتِ\
   *wal-ayati albahirati*\
   the magnificent signs,

689. وَٱلْمُعْجِزَاتِ ٱلْقَاهِرَاتِ\
   *walmu\`jizati alqahirati*\
   and the overcoming miracles,

690. وَٱلْمُنْجِي مِنَ ٱلْهَلَكَاتِ\
   *walmunji min alhalakati*\
   the redeemer from perdition,

691. ٱلَّذِي ذَكَرَهُ ٱللَّهُ فِي مُحْكَمِ ٱلآيَاتِ\
   *alladhi dhakarahu allahu fi muhkami al-ayati*\
   and whom Allah has mentioned in the decisive verses,

692. فَقَالَ تَعَالَىٰ ”وَإِنَّهُ فِي أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَابِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِيُّ حَكيمٌ.“\
   *faqala ta\`ala wa innahu fi ummi alkitabi ladayna la\`aliyyun hakimun*\
   saying, “And surely, in the original of the Book with Us, it is written that Ali is wise.”

693. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّضِيِّ\
   *alssalamu \`ala ismi allahi alrradiyyi*\
   Peace be upon Allah’s pleased Name,

694. وَوَجْهِهِ ٱلْمُضِيءِ\
   *wa wajhihi almudi'i*\
   His Brilliant Face,

695. وَجَنْبِهِ ٱلْعَلِيِّ\
   *wa janbihi al\`aliyyi*\
   and His most elevated side.

696. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   May Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him, too.

697. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ حُجَجِ ٱللَّهِ وَأَوْصِيَائِهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala hujaji allahi wa awsiya'ihi*\
   Peace be upon Allah’s Arguments, successors,

698. وَخَاصَّةِ ٱللَّهِ وَأَصْفِيَائِهِ\
   *wa khassati allahi wa asfiya'ihi*\
   prominent people, and choices,

699. وَخَالِصَتِهِ وَأُمَنَائِهِ\
   *wa khalisatihi wa umana'ihi*\
   selects, and trustees.

700. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   May Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him, too.

701. قَصَدْتُكَ يَا مَوْلاَيَ\
   *qasadtuka ya mawlaya*\
   I have come to you, O master,

702. يَا أَمِينَ ٱللَّهِ وَحُجَّتَهُ\
   *ya amina allahi wa hujjatahu*\
   O Allah’s trustee and argument,

703. زَائِراً عَارِفاً بِحَقِّكَ\
   *za'iran \`arifan bihaqqika*\
   visiting (your tomb), acknowledging your right,

704. مُوَالِياً لأَوْلِيَائِكَ\
   *muwaliyan li'awliya'ika*\
   acceding to your adherents,

705. مُعَادِياً لأَعْدَائِكَ\
   *mu\`adiyan li'a\`da'ika*\
   incurring the hostility of your enemies,

706. مُتَقَرِّباً إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ بِزِيَارَتِكَ\
   *mutaqarriban ila allahi biziyaratika*\
   and seeking Allah’s nearness through my visit to you.

707. فَٱشْفَعْ لِي عِنْدَ ٱللَّهِ رَبّي وَرَبِّكَ\
   *fashfa\` li \`inda allahi rabbi wa rabbika*\
   So, (please) intercede for me before Allah—your and my Lord—

708. فِي خَلاَصِ رَقَبَتِي مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ\
   *fi khalasi raqabati min alnnari*\
   so that He may save me from Hellfire

709. وَقَضَاءِ حَوَائِجِي حَوَائِجِ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلآخِرَةِ\
   *wa qada'i hawa'iji hawa'iji alddunya wal-akhirati*\
   and respond to my requests of this world and the Next World.

710. سَلاَمُ ٱللَّهِ وَسَلاَمُ مَلاَئِكَتِهِ ٱلْمُقَرَّبينَ\
   *salamu allahi wa salamu mala'ikatihi almuqarrabina*\
   Salutations of Allah and salutations of His Archangels,

711. وَٱلْمُسَلِّمينَ لَكَ بِقُلُوبِهِمْ\
   *walmusallimina laka biqulubihim*\
   and those who heartily yield to you,

712. يَا أَميرَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *ya amira almu'minina*\
   O Commander of the Faithful,

713. وَٱلنَّاطِقِينَ بِفَضْلِكَ\
   *walnnatiqina bifadlika*\
   and those who speak of your virtue

714. وَٱلشَّاهِدِينَ عَلَىٰ أَنَّكَ صَادِقٌ أَمِينٌ صِدِّيقٌ\
   *walshshahidina \`ala annaka sadiqun aminun siddiqun*\
   and those who bear witness that you are surely honest, faithful, and veracious;

715. عَلَيْكَ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *\`alayka wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   salutations as well as Allah’s mercy and blessings of all those be upon you.

716. أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ طُهْرٌ طَاهِرٌ مُطَهَّرٌ\
   *ashhadu annaka tuhrun tahirun mutahharun*\
   I bear witness that you are indeed, pure, immaculate, and purified

717. مِنْ طُهْرٍ طَاهِرٍ مُطَهَّرٍ\
   *min tuhrin tahirin mutahharin*\
   and you are the descendant of the pure, immaculate, and purified ones.

718. أَشْهَدُ لَكَ يَا وَلِيَّ ٱللَّهِ وَوَلِيَّ رَسُولِهِ\
   *ashhadu laka ya waliyya allahi wa waliyya rasulihi*\
   I bear witness for you, O Intimate servant of Allah and loyal to Allah’s Messenger,

719. بِٱلْبَلاَغِ وَٱلأَدَاءِ\
   *bilbalaghi wal-ada'i*\
   that you did convey and carry out (your mission).

720. وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ جَنْبُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَابُهُ\
   *wa ashhadu annaka janbu allahi wa babuhu*\
   I also bear witness that you are the duty that Allah has imposed (upon us) and the door to Him,

721. وَأَنَّكَ حَبِيبُ ٱللَّهِ\
   *wa annaka habibu allahi*\
   you are the beloved of Allah

722. وَوَجْهُهُ ٱلَّذِي يُؤْتَىٰ مِنْهُ\
   *wa wajhuhu alladhi yu'ta minhu*\
   and the direction from which Allah is reached,

723. وَأَنَّكَ سَبِيلُ ٱللَّهِ\
   *wa annaka sabilu allahi*\
   you are the path to Allah,

724. وَأَنَّكَ عَبْدُ ٱللَّهِ\
   *wa annaka \`abdu allahi*\
   and you are the servant of Allah

725. وَأَخُو رَسُولِهِ صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ\
   *wa akhu rasulihi salla allahu \`alayhi wa alihi*\
   and the brother of His Messenger—may Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Household.

726. أَتَيْتُكَ مُتَقَرِّباً إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِزِيَارَتِكَ\
   *ataytuka mutaqarriban ila allahi \`azza wa jalla biziyaratika*\
   I have come to you seeking nearness to Allah, to Whom belong all might and majesty, through my visit to you,

727. رَاغِباً إِلَيْكَ فِي ٱلشِّفَاعَةِ\
   *raghiban ilayka fi alshshafa\`ati*\
   seeking your intercession for me,

728. أَبْتَغِي بِشَفَاعَتِكَ خَلاَصَ رَقَبَتِي مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ\
   *abtaghi bishafa\`atika khalasa raqabati min alnnari*\
   through which I hope for saving of myself from Hellfire,

729. مُتَعَوِّذاً بِكَ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ\
   *muta\`awwidhan bika min alnnari*\
   seeking your protecting of myself from the Fire,

730. هَارِباً مِنْ ذُنوُبِيَ ٱلَّتِي ٱحْتَطَبْتُهَا عَلَىٰ ظَهْرِي\
   *hariban min dhunubiya allati ihtatabtuha \`ala zahri*\
   escaping my sins with which I have burdened my back,

731. فَزِعاً إِلَيْكَ رَجَاءَ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّي\
   *fazi\`an ilayka raja'a rahmati rabbi*\
   and having recourse to you in the hope for my Lord’s mercy.

732. أَتَيْتُكَ أَسْتَشْفِعُ بِكَ يَا مَوْلاَيَ\
   *ataytuka astashfi\`u bika ya mawlaya*\
   O my master, I have come to you seeking your intercession for me

733. وَأَتَقَرَّبُ بِكَ إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ\
   *wa ataqarrabu bika ila allahi*\
   and I seek nearness to Allah through you

734. لَيَقْضِيَ بِكَ حَوَائِجِي\
   *liyaqdiya bika hawa'iji*\
   so that He may grant me all of my requests.

735. فَٱشْفَعْ لِي يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ\
   *fashfa\` li ya amira almu'minina ila allahi*\
   So, O Commander of the Faithful, (please) intercede for me before Allah,

736. فَإِنِّي عَبْدُ ٱللَّهِ وَمَوْلاَكَ وَزَائِرُكَ\
   *fa'inni \`abdu allahi wa mawlaka wa za'iruka*\
   for I am the servant of Allah, and I am your associate and visitor,

737. وَلَكَ عِنْدَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمَقَامُ ٱلْمَحْمُودُ\
   *wa laka \`inda allahi almaqamu almahmudu*\
   and you enjoy with Allah a praiseworthy standing,

738. وَٱلْجَاهُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ\
   *waljahu al\`azimu*\
   as well as a great esteem,

739. وَٱلشَّأْنُ ٱلْكَبِيرُ\
   *walshsha'nu alkabiru*\
   a high superiority,

740. وَٱلشَّفَاعَةُ ٱلْمَقْبُولَةُ\
   *walshshafa\`atu almaqbulatu*\
   and an acceptable right of intercession.

741. اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ\
   *allahumma salli \`ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin*\
   O Allah, (please do) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

742. وَصَلِّ عَلَىٰ أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *wa salli \`ala amiri almu'minina*\
   and send blessings upon the Commander of the Faithful—

743. عَبْدِكَ ٱلْمُرْتَضَىٰ\
   *\`abdika almurtada*\
   your well-pleased servant,

744. وَأَمينِكَ ٱلأَوْفَىٰ\
   *wa aminika al-awfa*\
   your most faithful trustee,

745. وَعُرْوَتِكَ ٱلْوُثْقَىٰ\
   *wa \`urwatika alwuthqa*\
   your firmest handle,

746. وَيَدِكَ ٱلْعُلْيَا\
   *wa yadika al\`ulya*\
   your highest hand,

747. وَجَنِْبكَ ٱلأَعْلَىٰ\
   *wa janbika al-a\`la*\
   your uppermost side,

748. وَكَلِمَتِكَ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ\
   *wa kalimatika alhusna*\
   your most excellent word,

749. وَحُجَّتِكَ عَلَىٰ ٱلْوَرَىٰ\
   *wa hujjatika \`ala alwara*\
   your claim on the creatures,

750. وَصِدِّيقِكَ ٱلأَكْبَرِ\
   *wa siddiqika al-akbari*\
   your prime all-veracious,

751. وَسَيِّدِ ٱلأَوْصِيَاءِ\
   *wa sayyidi al-awsiya'i*\
   the master of the Prophets’ successors,

752. وَرُكْنِ ٱلأَوْلِيَاءِ\
   *wa rukni al-awliya'i*\
   the pillar of the saints,

753. وَعِمَادِ ٱلأَصْفِيَاءِ\
   *wa \`imadi al-asfiya'i*\
   the support of the elite ones,

754. أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *amiri almu'minina*\
   the commander of the faithful,

755. وَيَعْسُوبِ ٱلدِّينِ\
   *wa ya\`subi alddini*\
   the leader of the religion,

756. وَقُدْوَةِ ٱلصَّالِحِينَ\
   *wa qudwati alssalihina*\
   the example of the righteous ones,

757. وَإِمَامِ ٱلْمُخْلِصِينَ\
   *wa imami almukhlisina*\
   the chief of the choice ones,

758. ٱلْمَعْصُومِ مِنَ ٱلْخَلَلِ\
   *alma\`sumi min alkhalali*\
   the protected against defects,

759. ٱلْمُهَذَّبِ مِنَ ٱلزَّلَلِ\
   *almuhadhdhabi min alzzalali*\
   the precluded against flaws,

760. ٱلْمُطَهَّرِ مِنَ ٱلْعَيْبِ\
   *almutahhari min al\`aybi*\
   the purified from fault,

761. ٱلْمُنَزَّهِ مِنَ ٱلرَّيْبِ\
   *almunazzi min alrraybi*\
   the saved from doubt,

762. أَخِي نَبِيِّكَ\
   *akhi nabiyyika*\
   the brother of Your Prophet,

763. وَوَصِيِّ رَسُولِكَ\
   *wa wasiyyi rasulika*\
   the successor of Your Messenger,

764. ٱلْبَائِتِ عَلَىٰ فِرَاشِهِ\
   *alba'iti \`ala firashihi*\
   the one who sacrificed himself for Your Prophet \[when he took his place on his bed\],

765. وَٱلْمُوَاسِي لَهُ بِنَفْسِهِ\
   *walmuwasi lahu binafsihi*\
   the one who gave up his soul for Your Prophet,

766. وَكَاشِفِ ٱلْكَرْبِ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ\
   *wa kashifi alkarbi \`an wajhihi*\
   the one who removed agonies from Your Prophet,

767. ٱلَّذِي جَعَلْتَهُ سَيْفاً لِنُبُوَّتِهِ\
   *alladhi ja\`altahu sayfan linubuwwatihi*\
   the one whom You chose to be the sword of Your Prophet’s prophethood,

768. وَآيَةً لِرِسَالَتِهِ\
   *wa ayatan lirisalatihi*\
   the sign of his Messengership,

769. وَشَاهِداً عَلَىٰ أُمَّتِهِ\
   *wa shahidan \`ala ummatihi*\
   the witness over his people,

770. وَدَلاَلَةً عَلَىٰ حُجَّتِهِ\
   *wa dilalatan \`ala hujjatihi*\
   the indication of his evidences,

771. وَحَامِلاًَ لِرَايَتِهِ\
   *wa hamilan lirayatihi*\
   the bearer of his pennon,

772. وَوِقَايَةً لِمُهْجَتِهِ\
   *wa wiqayatan limuhjatihi*\
   the shield against his heart,

773. وَهَادِياً لأُمَّتِهِ\
   *wa hadiyan li'ummatihi*\
   the guide of his people,

774. وَيَداً لِبَأْسِهِ\
   *wa yadan liba'sihi*\
   the powerful hand of his might,

775. وَتَاجاً لِرَأْسِهِ\
   *wa tajan lira'sihi*\
   the crown of his head,

776. وَبَاباً لِسِرِّهِ\
   *wa baban lisirrihi*\
   the door to his secrets,

777. وَمِفْتَاحاً لِظَفَرِهِ\
   *wa miftahan lizafarihi*\
   and the key to his victory,

778. حَتَّىٰ هَزَمَ جُيُوشَ ٱلشِّرْكِ بِإِذْنِكَ\
   *hatta hazama juyusha alshshirki bi'idhnika*\
   until he defeated the armies of polytheism by Your permission,

779. وَأَبَادَ عَسَاكِرَ ٱلْكُفْرِ بِأَمْرِكَ\
   *wa abada \`asakira alkufri bi'amrika*\
   annihilated the forces of infidelity by Your order,

780. وَبَذَلَ نَفْسَهَ فِي مَرْضَاتِ رَسُولِكَ\
   *wa badhala nafsahu fi mardati rasulika*\
   devoted himself to the pleasure of Your Messenger,

781. وَجَعَلَهَا وَقْفاً عَلَىٰ طَاعَتِهِ\
   *wa ja\`alaha waqfan \`ala ta\`atihi*\
   and dedicated it to the obedience to him.

782. فَصَلِّ ٱللَّهُمَّ عَلَيْهِ صَلاَةً دَائِمَةً بَاقِيَةً\
   *fasalli allahumma \`alayhi salatan da'imatan baqiyatan*\
   So, O Allah, (please do) send upon him with endless, nonstop blessings.

783. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَلِيَّ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya waliyya allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O intimate servant of Allah,

784. وَٱلشَّهَابُ ٱلثَّاقِبُ\
   *walshshahabu alththaqibu*\
   the shining brightness,

785. وَٱلنُّورُ ٱلْعَاقِبُ\
   *walnnuru al\`aqibu*\
   and the endless light.

786. يَا سَلِيلَ ٱلأَطَائِبِ\
   *ya salila al-ata'ibi*\
   O descendant of the pure ones!

787. يَا سِرَّ ٱللَّهِ\
   *ya sirra allahi*\
   O secret of Allah!

788. إِنَّ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ ٱللَّهِ تَعَالَىٰ ذُنُوباً\
   *inna bayni wa bayna allahi ta\`ala dhunuban*\
   Indeed, there are between Allah and me sins

789. قَدْ أَثْقَلَتْ ظَهْرِي\
   *qad athqalat zahri*\
   that have burdened my back

790. وَلاَ يَأْتِي عَلَيْهَا إِلاَّ رِضَاهُ\
   *wa la ya'ti \`alayha illa ridahu*\
   and nothing can ease them except His pleasure;

791. فَبِحَقِّ مَنِ ٱئْتَمَنَكَ عَلَىٰ سِرِّهِ\
   *fabihaqqi man i'tamanaka \`ala sirrihi*\
   so, (I beg you) in the Name of Him Who has entrusted you with His secret

792. وَٱسْتَرْعَاكَ أَمْرَ خَلْقِهِ\
   *wastar\`aka amra khalqihi*\
   and assigned you to manage the affairs of His creatures

793. كُنْ لِي إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ شَفِيعاً\
   *kun li ila allahi shafi\`an*\
   to (please) be the interceder for me before Allah,

794. وَمِنَ ٱلنَّارِ مُجِيراً\
   *wa min alnnari mujiran*\
   to be my savoir from the Fire,

795. وَعَلَىٰ ٱلدَّهْرِ ظَهِيراً\
   *wa \`ala alddahri zahiran*\
   and to be my supporter against the vicissitudes of my time,

796. فَإِنِّي عَبْدُ ٱللَّهِ وَوَلِيُّكَ وَزَائِرُكَ\
   *fa'inni \`abdu allahi wa waliyyuka wa za'iruka*\
   for I am the servant of Allah and I am your loyalist and visitor.

797. صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ\
   *salla allahu \`alayka*\
   May Allah send blessings upon you.

798. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَمِيرَ ٱلْمُؤمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya amira almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon you, O Commander of the Faithful!

799. عَلَيْكَ مِنِّي سَلاَمُ ٱللَّهِ أَبَداً\
   *\`alayka minni salamu allahi abadan*\
   Peace of Allah be upon you forever

800. مَا بَقِيتُ وَبَقِيَ ٱللَّيْلُ وَٱلنَّهَارُ\
   *ma baqitu wa baqiya allaylu walnnaharu*\
   as long as I am alive and as long as days and nights come after each other.

801. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya aba \`abdillahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O Abu-\`Abdullah.

802. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka yabna rasuli allahi*\
   Peace be upon you, O son of Allah’s Messenger.

803. أَتَيْتُكُمَا زَائِراً وَمُتَوَسِّلاً\
   *ataytukuma za'iran wa mutawassilan*\
   I have come to both of you visiting and begging you to be mediators

804. إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ تَعَالَىٰ رَبِّي وَرَبِّكُمَا\
   *ila allahi ta\`ala rabbi wa rabbikuma*\
   between me and Allah, the All-exalted, your and my Lord,

805. وَمُتَوَجِّهاً إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ بِكُمَا\
   *wa mutawajjihan ila allahi bikuma*\
   and I am turning my face to Allah in your names,

806. وَمُسْتَشْفِعاً بِكُمَا إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ فِي حَاجَتِي هٰذِهِ…\
   *wa mustashfi\`an bikuma ila allahi fi hajati hadhihi…*\
   and seeking your intercession for me before Allah to grant me this request of mine, which is…

807. إِنَّهُ قَرِيبٌ مُجِيبٌ\
   *innahu qaribun mujibun*\
   He is indeed, All-nigh, All-responding.

808. يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ\
   *ya allahu ya allahu ya allahu*\
   O Allah! O Allah! O Allah!

809. يَا مُجِيبَ دَعْوَةِ ٱلْمُضْطَرِّينَ\
   *ya mujiba da\`wati almudtarrina*\
   O He who gives answer to the cries of the persecuted!

810. يَا كَاشِفَ كُرَبِ ٱلْمَكْرُوبِينَ…\
   *wa ya kashifa karbi almakrubina…*\
   O He who pulls out the grief-stricken from agony

811. رِفْنِي بِقَضَاءِ حَ\
   *wasrifni biqada'i hajati*\
   …and make me leave having my requests granted

812. يَةِ مَا أَهَمّنِي\
   *wa kifayati ma ahammani hammuhu*\
   and having all my agonies relieved,

813. مْرِ آخِرَتِي وَد\
   *min amri dunyaya wa akhirati*\
   including those of this world and those of the world to come.

814. ْحَمَ ٱلرَّ\
   *ya arhama alrrahimina*\
   O most Merciful of all those who show mercy!

815. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَمِيرَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka ya amira almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon you, O Commander of the Faithful!

816. وَٱلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَبِي عَبْدِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْحُسَيْنِ\
   *wa alssalamu \`ala abi \`abdillahi alhusayni*\
   And peace be upon Abu-\`Abdullah al-Husayn,

817. مَا بَقِيتُ وَبَقِيَ ٱللَّيْلُ وَٱلنَّهَارُ\
   *ma baqitu wa baqiya allaylu walnnaharu*\
   as long as I am alive and as long as day and night endure.

818. لاََ جَعَلَهُ ٱللَّهُ آخِرَ ٱلْعَهْدِ مِنِّي لِزِيَارَتِكُمَا\
   *la ja\`alahu allahu akhira al\`ahdi minni liziyaratikuma*\
   May Allah not make this visit of mine to be the last of my visit to both of you!

819. وَلاَ فَرَّقَ ٱللَّهُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمَا\
   *wa la farraqa allahu bayni wa baynakuma*\
   And may Allah never separate me from you!

820. سَلاَمُ ٱللَّهِ وَسَلاَمُ مَلاَئِكَتِهِ ٱلْمُقَرَّبِينَ\
   *salamu allahi wa salamu mala'ikatihi almuqarrabina*\
   Peace of Allah and peace of His Archangels,

821. وَأَنْبِيَائِهِ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ وَعِبَادِهِ ٱلصَّالِحِينَ\
   *wa anbiya'ihi almursalina wa \`ibadihi alssalihina*\
   His missioned Prophets, and His righteous saints,

822. وَجَمِيعِ ٱلشُّهَدَاءِ وَٱلصِّدِّيقِينَ\
   *wa jami\`i alshshuhada'i walssiddiqina*\
   and \[peace of\] all the martyrs and the veracious

823. عَلَيْكَ يَا أَمِيرَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *\`alayka ya amira almu'minina*\
   be upon you, O Commander of the Faithful.

824. السَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ آدَمَ صَفْوَةِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala adama safwati allahi*\
   Peace be upon Adam the choice of Allah.

825. السَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ نُوحٍ نَبِيِّ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala nuhin nabiyyi allahi*\
   Peace be upon Noah the prophet of Allah.

826. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala ibrahima khalili allahi*\
   Peace be upon Abraham the intimate friend of Allah.

827. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ كَلِيمِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala musa kalimi allahi*\
   Peace be upon Moses the spoken to by Allah.

828. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ عِيسَىٰ رُوحِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala \`isa ruhi allahi*\
   Peace be upon Jesus the Spirit of Allah.

829. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ حَبِيبِ ٱللَّهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala muhammadin habibi allahi*\
   Peace be upon Muhammad the beloved by Allah.

830. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon them, too.

831. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّضِيِّ\
   *alssalamu \`ala ismi allahi alrradiyyi*\
   Peace be upon the pleased name of Allah,

832. وَوَجْهِهِ ٱلْعَلِيِّ\
   *wa wajhihi al\`aliyyi*\
   His most elevated Face,

833. وَصِرَاطِهِ ٱلسَّوِيِّ\
   *wa siratihi alssawiyyi*\
   and His straight path.

834. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْمُهَذَّبِ ٱلصَّفِيِّ\
   *alssalamu \`ala almuhadhdhabi alssafiyyi*\
   Peace be upon the refined, purified one.

835. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَبِي ٱلْحَسَنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ\
   *alssalamu \`ala abi alhasani \`aliyyi bni abi talibin*\
   Peace be upon Abu’l-Hasan, Ali the son of Abu Talib.

836. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him, too.

837. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ خَالِصِ ٱلأَخِلاَّءِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala khalisi al-akhilla'i*\
   Peace be upon the choicest friend.

838. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْمَخْصُوصِ بِسَيِّدَةِ ٱلنِّسَاءِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala almakhsusi bisayyidati alnnisa'i*\
   Peace be upon the one particularly married to the doyenne of the women \[of the world\].

839. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْمَوْلُودِ فِي ٱلْكَعْبَةِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala almawludi fi alka\`bati*\
   Peace be upon the one born in the Ka\`bah

840. ٱلْمُزَوَّجِ فِي ٱلسَّمَاءِ\
   *almuzawwaji fi alssama'i*\
   and married in the heavens.

841. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَسَدِ ٱللَّهِ فِي ٱلْوَغَىٰ\
   *alssalamu \`ala asadi allahi fi alwagha*\
   Peace be upon the lion of Allah in battlefields.

842. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مَنْ شُرِّفَتْ بِهِ مَكَّةُ وَمِنَىٰ\
   *alssalamu \`ala man shurrifat bihi makkatu wa mina*\
   Peace be upon the one by whom Makkah and Mina have been honored.

843. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ صَاحِبِ ٱلْحَوْضِ وَحَامِلِ ٱللِّوَاءِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala sahibi alhawdi wa hamili alliwa'i*\
   Peace be upon the one in charge of the Divine Pond and the bearer of the pennon \[on the Resurrection Day\].

844. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ خَامِسِ أَهْلِ ٱلْعَبَاءِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala khamisi ahli al\`aba'i*\
   Peace be upon the fifth of the Cloak Members.

845. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْبَائِتِ عَلَىٰ فِرَاشِ ٱلنَّبِيِّ\
   *alssalamu \`ala alba'iti \`ala firashi alnnabiyyi*\
   Peace be upon the one who replaced the Prophet in his bed

846. وَمُفْدِيهِ بِنَفْسِهِ مِنَ ٱلأَعْدَاءِ\
   *wa mufdihi binafsihi min al-a\`da'i*\
   and thus sacrificed himself for the Prophet against the enemies.

847. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ قَالِعِ بَابِ خَيْبَرَ وَٱلدَّاحِي بِهِ فِي ٱلْفَضَاءِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala qali\`i babi khaybara walddahi bihi fi alfada'i*\
   Peace be upon the one who plucked up the gate of Khaybar city and threw it far away in the air.

848. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مُكَلِّمِ ٱلْفِتْيَةِ فِي كَهْفِهِمْ بِلِسَانِ ٱلأَنْبِيَاءِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala mukallimi alfityati fi kahfihim bilisani al-anbiya'i*\
   Peace be upon the one who spoke to the Seven Sleepers of Ephesus in their cave with the language of the Prophets.

849. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مُنْبِعِ ٱلْقَلِيبِ فِي ٱلْفَلاَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala munbi\`i alqalibi fi alfala*\
   Peace be upon the one who caused a ruined well in the desert to spring forth with water.

850. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ قَالِعِ ٱلصَّخْرَةِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala qali\`i alssakhrati*\
   Peace be upon the one who moved a rock

851. وَقَدْ عَجَزَ عَنْهَا ٱلرِّجَالُ ٱلأَشِدَّاءُ\
   *wa qad \`ajaza \`anha alrrijalu al-ashidda'u*\
   after strong men could not even move it.

852. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مُخَاطِبِ ٱلثُّعْبَانِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala mukhatibi alththu\`bani*\
   Peace be upon the one who spoke to a serpent

853. عَلَىٰ مِنْبَرِ ٱلْكُوْفَةِ بِلِسَانِ ٱلْفُصَحَاءِ\
   *\`ala minbari alkufati bilisani alfusaha'i*\
   from the minbar (pulpit) of al-Kufah Mosque with an eloquent language.

854. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مُخَاطِبِ ٱلذِّئْبِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala mukhatibi aldhdhi'bi*\
   Peace be upon the one who spoke to a wolf

855. وَمُكَلِّمِ ٱلْجُمْجُمَةِ بِٱلنَّهْرَوَانِ\
   *wa mukallimi aljumjumati bilnnahrawani*\
   and spoke to a skull

856. وَقَدْ نَخِرَتِ ٱلْعِظَامُ بِٱلْبِلَىٰ\
   *wa qad nakhirat al\`izamu bilbila*\
   whose bones were decayed in al-Nahrawan.

857. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ صَاحِبِ ٱلشَّفَاعَةِ فِي يَوْمِ ٱلْوَرَىٰ\
   *alssalamu \`ala sahibi alshshafa\`ati fi yawmi alwara*\
   Peace be upon the one granted the right of intercession on the Assembly Day.

858. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him, too.

859. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلإِمَامِ ٱلزَّكِيِّ حَلِيفِ ٱلْمِحْرَابِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala al-imami alzzakiyyi halifi almihrabi*\
   Peace be upon the pure leader who stuck to the mihrab (prayer niche).

860. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ صَاحِبِ ٱلْمُعْجِزِ ٱلْبَاهِرِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala sahibi almu\`jizi albahiri*\
   Peace be upon the owner of astounding miracles

861. وَٱلنَّاطِقِ بِٱلْحِكْمَةِ وَٱلصَّوَابِ\
   *walnnatiqi bilhikmati walssawabi*\
   and who speaks with wisdom and sagacity.

862. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مَنْ عِنْدَهُ تَأْوِيلُ ٱلْمُحْكَمِ وَٱلْمُتَشَابِهِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala man \`indahu ta'wilu almuhkami walmutashabihi*\
   Peace be upon the one who holds the interpretation of the decisive and the allegorical \[verses of the Holy Qur'an\]

863. وَعِنْدَهُ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَابِ\
   *wa \`indahu ummu alkitabi*\
   and holds the Basis of the \[Holy\] Book.

864. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مَنْ رُدَّتْ عَلَيْهِ ٱلشَّمْسُ\
   *alssalamu \`ala man ruddat \`alayhi alshshamsu*\
   Peace be upon the one to whom the sun was returned

865. حِينَ تَوَارَتْ بِٱلْحِجَابِ\
   *hina tawarat bilhijabi*\
   after it had disappeared beyond the veils of night.

866. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مُحْيِي ٱللَّيْلِ ٱلْبَهِيمِ بِٱلتَّهَجُّدِ وَٱلِٱكْتِئَابِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala muhyi allayli albahimi bilttahajjudi wal'ikti'abi*\
   Peace be upon the one who spent the dark nights with acts of worship and ponderation.

867. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مَنْ خَاطَبَهُ جَبْرَئِيلُ بِإِمْرَةِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِغَيْرِ ٱرْتِيَابٍ\
   *alssalamu \`ala man khatabahu jabra'ilu bi'imrati almu'minina bighayri irtiyabin*\
   Peace be upon the one who was addressed by Archangel Gabriel as the Commander of the Faithful, without any doubt.

868. وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him, too.

869. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ سَيِّدِ ٱلسَّادَاتِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala sayyidi alssadati*\
   Peace be upon the master of masters.

870. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ صَاحِبِ ٱلْمُعْجِزَاتِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala sahibi almu\`jizati*\
   Peace be upon the owner of miracles.

871. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مَنْ عَجِبَ مِنْ حَمَلاتِهِ فِي ٱلْحُرُوبِ مَلائِكَةُ سَبْعِ سَمَاوَاتٍ\
   *alssalamu \`ala man \`ajiba min hamalatihi fi alhurubi mala'ikatu sab\`i samawatin*\
   Peace be upon the one whose campaigns in the battles were a source of astonishment for the angels of seven heavens.

872. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مَنْ نَاجَىٰ ٱلرَّسُولَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala man naja alrrasula*\
   Peace be upon the one who, when he consulted the Holy Messenger,

873. فَقَدَّمَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ نَجْوَاهُ صَدَقَاتٍ\
   *faqaddama bayna yaday najwahu sadaqatin*\
   offered something in charity before his consultation.

874. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَمِيرِ ٱلْجُيُوشِ وَصَاحِبِ ٱلْغَزَوَاتِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala amiri aljuyushi wa sahibi alghazawati*\
   Peace be upon the commander of the armies and the leader of the battles.

875. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مُخَاطِبِ ذِئْبِ ٱلْفَلَوَاتِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala mukhatibi dhi'bi alfalawati*\
   Peace be upon the one who spoke to a wolf in the desert.

876. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ نُورِ ٱللَّهِ فِي ٱلظُّلُمَاتِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala nuri allahi fi alzzulumati*\
   Peace be upon the light of Allah in murk.

877. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مَنْ رُدَّتْ لَهُ ٱلشَّمْسُ\
   *alssalamu \`ala man ruddat lahu alshshamsu*\
   Peace be upon the one to whom the sun was returned

878. فَقَضَىٰ مَا فَاتَهُ مِنَ ٱلصَّلاَةِ\
   *faqada ma fatahu min alssalati*\
   so that he could made up the prayer that he had missed.

879. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُه\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuh*\
   Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him, too.

880. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala amiri almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon the Commander of the Faithful.

881. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ سَيِّدِ ٱلْوَصِيِّينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala sayyidi alwasiyyina*\
   Peace be upon the chief of the Prophets’ successors.

882. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ إِمَامِ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala imami almuttaqina*\
   Peace be upon the example of the pious ones.

883. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ وَارِثِ عِلْمِ ٱلنَّبِيِّينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala warithi \`ilmi alnnabiyyina*\
   Peace be upon the inheritor of the Prophets’ knowledge.

884. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ يَعْسُوبِ ٱلدِّينِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala ya\`subi alddini*\
   Peace be upon the head of the religion.

885. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ عِصْمَةِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala \`ismati almu'minina*\
   Peace be upon the shelter of the believers.

886. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ قُدْوَةِ ٱلصَّادِقِينَ\
   *alssalamu \`ala qudwati alssadiqina*\
   Peace be upon the pattern of the veracious ones.

887. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him, too.

888. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ حُجَّةِ ٱلأَبْرَارِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala hujjati al-abrari*\
   Peace be upon the argument of the upright ones.

889. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ أَبِي ٱلأَئِمَّةِ ٱلأَطْهَارِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala abi al-a'immati al-athari*\
   Peace be upon the father of the Immaculate Imams.

890. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْمَخْصُوصِ بِذِي ٱلْفَقَارِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala almakhsusi bidhi alfaqari*\
   Peace be upon the one whom was given \[the sword of\] Dhu’l-Faqar exclusively.

891. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ سَاقِي أَوْلِيَائِهِ مِنْ حَوْضِ ٱلنَّبِيِّ ٱلْمُخْتَارِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala saqi awliya'ihi min hawdi alnnabiyyi almukhtari*\
   Peace be upon the one who shall water his adherents from the Pond of the Chosen Prophet,

892. صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ مَا ٱطَّرَدَ ٱللَّيْلُ وَٱلنَّهَارُ\
   *salla allahu \`alayhi wa alihi ma ittarada allaylu walnnaharu*\
   may Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Household as long as there is night and day coming after one another.

893. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلنَّبَإِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala alnnaba'i al\`azimi*\
   Peace be upon the Great News.

894. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ مَنْ أَنْزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهِ:\
   *alssalamu \`ala man anzala allahu fihi*\
   Peace be upon the one about whom the following verse was revealed by Almighty Allah:

895. ”وَإِنَّهُ فِي أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَابِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ.“\
   *wa innahu fi ummi alkitabi ladayna la\`aliyyun hakimun*\
   “And, indeed, in the origin of the Book with Us, it is decided that Ali is wise.”

896. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ صِرَاطِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala sirati allahi almustaqimi*\
   Peace be upon the straight path of Allah.

897. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْمَنْعُوتِ فِي ٱلتَّوْرَاةِ وَٱلإِنْجِيلِ وَٱلْقُرْآنِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ\
   *alssalamu \`ala alman\`uti fi alttawrati wal-injili walqur'ani alhakimi*\
   Peace be upon the one whose characteristics are mentioned in the Torah, the Bible, and the Wise Qur'an.

898. وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon him, too.

899. يَا أَمِينَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *ya amina allahi*\
   O trustee of Allah!

900. يَا حُجَّةَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *ya hujjata allahi*\
   O argument of Allah!

901. يَا وَلِيَّ ٱللَّهِ\
   *ya waliyya allahi*\
   O saint of Allah!

902. يَا صِرَاطَ ٱللَّهِ\
   *ya sirata allahi*\
   O path to Allah!

903. زَارَكَ عَبْدُكَ وَوَلِيُّكَ\
   *zaraka \`abduka wa waliyyuka*\
   I, your servant and adherent, have visited you,

904. ٱلْلاَّئِذُ بِقَبْرِكَ\
   *alla'idhu biqabrika*\
   resorted to you tomb,

905. وَٱلْمُنِيخُ رَحْلَهُ بِفِنَائِكَ\
   *walmunikhu rahlahu bifina'ika*\
   resided in your courtyard,

906. ٱلْمُتَقَرِّبُ إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ\
   *almutaqarribu ila allahi \`azza wa jalla*\
   sought nearness to Allah the Almighty and All-majestic in the name of you,

907. وَٱلْمُسْتَشْفِعُ بِكَ إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ\
   *walmustashfi\`u bika ila allahi*\
   and sought your intercession for me before Allah,

908. زِيَارَةَ مَنْ هَجَرَ فِيكَ صَحْبَهُ\
   *ziyarata man hajara fika sahbahu*\
   I am visiting you so sincerely that I have deserted my friends for so

909. وَجَعَلَكَ بَعْدَ ٱللَّهِ حَسْبَهُ\
   *wa ja\`alaka ba\`da allahi hasbahu*\
   and I have relied upon you after Almighty Allah.

910. أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ ٱلطُّورُ\
   *ashhadu annaka altturu*\
   I bear witness that you are the Mountain Tur (mount of revelation),

911. وَٱلْكِتَابُ ٱلْمَسْطُورُ\
   *walkitabu almasturu*\
   the Written Book,

912. وَٱلرِّقُّ ٱلْمَنْشُورُ\
   *walrriqqu almanshuru*\
   the outstretched fine parchment,

913. وَبَحْرُ ٱلْعِلْمِ ٱلْمَسْجُورُ\
   *wa bahru al\`ilmi almasjuru*\
   and the swollen ocean of knowledge.

914. يَا وَلِيَّ ٱللَّهِ\
   *ya waliyya allahi*\
   O saint of Allah!

915. إِنَّ لِكُلِّ مَزُورٍ عِنَايَةً فِي مَنْ زَارَهُ وَقَصَدَهُ وَأَتَاهُ\
   *inna likulli mazurin \`inayatan fi man zarahu wa qasadahu wa atahu*\
   Indeed, each visited person is expected to pay special attention to the one who visits and comes to him.

916. وَأَنَا وَلِيُّكَ وَقَدْ حَطَطْتُ رَحْلِي بِفِنَائِكَ\
   *wa ana waliyyuka wa qad hatattu rahli bifina'ika*\
   I, your adherent, have resided in your courtyard,

917. وَلَجَأْتُ إِلَىٰ حَرَمِكَ\
   *wa laja'tu ila haramika*\
   resorted to your holy precinct,

918. وَلُذْتُ بِضَرِيحِكَ\
   *wa ludhtu bidarihika*\
   and had recourse to your tomb,

919. لِعِلْمِي بِعَظِيمِ مَنْزِلَتِكَ وَشَرَفِ حَضْرَتِكَ\
   *li\`ilmi bi\`azimi manzilatika wa sharafi hadratika*\
   because I have full acquaintance with the great standing that you enjoy and the gear honor that you hold.

920. وَقَدْ أَثْقَلَتِ ٱلذُّنُوبُ ظَهْرِي\
   *wa qad athqalat aldhdhunubu zahri*\
   My sins have overburdened my back

921. وَمَنَعَتْنِي رُقَادِي\
   *wa mana\`atni ruqadi*\
   and deprived me of sleep.

922. فَمَا أَجِدُ حِرْزاً وَلاَ مَعْقِلاً\
   *fama ajidu hirzan wa la ma\`qilan*\
   Therefore, I can find no shelter, no haven,

923. وَلاَ مَلْجَأَ أَلْجَأُ إِلَيْهِ إِلاَّ ٱللَّهُ تَعَالَىٰ\
   *wa la malja'an alja'u ilayhi illa allahu ta\`ala*\
   and no refuge to which I resort save Almighty Allah,

924. وَتَوَسُّلِي بِكَ إِلَيْهِ\
   *wa tawassuli bika ilayhi*\
   my begging you to be my mediator to Him,

925. وَٱسْتِشْفَاعِي بِكَ لَدَيْهِ\
   *wastishfa\`i bika ladayhi*\
   and my seeking your intercession for me before Him.

926. فَهَا أَنَا نَازِلٌ بِفِنَائِكَ\
   *faha ana nazilun bifina'ika*\
   I am thus residing in your courtyard

927. وَلَكَ عِنْدَ ٱللَّهِ جَاهٌ عَظِيمٌ\
   *wa laka \`inda allahi jahun \`azimun*\
   and you enjoy a great standing with Almighty Allah

928. وَمَقَامٌ كَرِيمٌ\
   *wa maqamun karimun*\
   as well as an honorable position;

929. فَٱشْفَعْ لِي عِنْدَ ٱللَّهِ رَبِّكَ يَا مَوْلاَيَ\
   *fashfa\` li \`inda allahi rabbika ya mawlaya*\
   therefore, (please) intercede for me before your Lord, O master!

930. اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَتَقَرَّبُ إِلَيْكَ\
   *allahumma inni ataqarrabu ilayka*\
   O Allah, I do seek nearness to You,

931. يَا أَسْمَعَ ٱلسَّامِعِينَ\
   *ya asma\`a alssami\`ina*\
   O most Hearing of all those who can hear!

932. وَيَا أَبْصَرَ ٱلنَّاظِرِينَ\
   *wa ya absara alnnazirina*\
   O most Seeing of all those who can see!

933. وَيَا أَسْرَعَ ٱلْحَاسِبِينَ\
   *wa ya asra\`a alhasibina*\
   O quickest in reckon!

934. وَيَا أَجْوَدَ ٱلأَجْوَدِينَ\
   *wa ya ajwada al-ajwadina*\
   O most Generous of all those who are generous,

935. بِمُحَمَّدٍ خَاتَمِ ٱلنَّبِيِّينَ\
   *bimuhammadin khatami alnnabiyyina*\
   (I seek nearness to You) in the name of Muhammad, the seal of the Prophets

936. رَسُولِكَ إِلَىٰ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ\
   *rasulika ila al\`alamina*\
   and Your Messengers to all created beings,

937. وَبِأَخِيهِ وَٱبْنِ عَمِّهِ\
   *wa bi-akhihi wabni \`ammihi*\
   and in the name of his brother and cousin,

938. ٱلأَنْزَعِ ٱلْبَطِينِ\
   *al-anza\`i albatini*\
   the hero and erudite,

939. ٱلْعَالِمِ ٱلْمُبِينِ\
   *al\`alimi almubini*\
   the manifestly knowledgeable,

940. عَلِيٍّ أَمِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *\`aliyyin amiri almu'minina*\
   Ali, the Commander of the Faithful,

941. وَٱلْحَسَنِ وَٱلْحُسَيْنِ ٱلإِمَامَيْنِ ٱلشَّهِيدَيْنِ\
   *walhasani walhusayni al'imamayni alshshahidayni*\
   and (in the names of) al-Hasan and al-Husayn, the two martyred Imams,

942. وَبِعَلِيِّ بْنِ ٱلْحُسَيْنِ زَيْنِ ٱلْعَابِدِينَ\
   *wa bi\`aliyyi bni alhusayni zayni al\`abidina*\
   and (in the name of) Ali ibn al-Husayn, the adornment of the worshippers,

943. وَبِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ بَاقِرِ عِلْمِ ٱلأَوَّلِينَ\
   *wa bimuhammadi bni \`aliyyin baqiri \`ilmi al-awwalina*\
   and (in the name of) Muhammad ibn Ali, the one who split the knowledge of the old ages,

944. وَبِجَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ زَكِيِّ ٱلصِّدِّيقِينَ\
   *wa bija\`fari bni muhammadin zakiyyi alssiddiqina*\
   and (in the name of) Ja'far ibn Muhammad, the purest among the veracious ones,

945. وَبِمُوسَىٰ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ ٱلْكَاظِمِ ٱلْمُبِينِ وَحَبِيسِ ٱلظَّالِمِينَ\
   *wa bimusa ibni ja\`farin alkazimi almubini wa habisi alzzalimina*\
   and (in the name of) Musa ibn Ja'far, the manifestly suppressor (of rage) and the imprisoned by the oppressors,

946. وَبِعَلِيِّ بْنِ مُوسَىٰ ٱلرِّضَا ٱلأَمِينِ\
   *wa bi\`aliyyi bni musa alrrida al-amini*\
   and (in the name of) Ali ibn Musa, the pleased and trusted,

947. وَبِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ٱلْجَوَادِ عَلَمِ ٱلْمُهْتَدِينَ\
   *wa bimuhammadi bni \`aliyyin aljawadi \`alami almuhtadina*\
   and (in the name of) Muhammad ibn Ali, the magnanimous and the epitome of the guided ones (to the true path),

948. وَبِعَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ٱلْبَرِّ ٱلصَّادِقِ سَيِّدِ ٱلْعَابِدِينَ\
   *wa bi\`aliyyi bni muhammadin albarri alssadiqi sayyidi al\`abidina*\
   and (in the name of) Ali ibn Muhammad, the upright, the veracious, and the master of worshippers,

949. وَبِٱلْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ٱلْعَسْكَرِيِّ وَلِيِّ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ\
   *wa bilhasani bni \`aliyyin al\`askariyyi waliyyi almu'minina*\
   and (in the name of) al-Hasan ibn Ali al-Askari, the chief of the believers,

950. وَبِٱلْخَلَفِ ٱلْحُجَّةِ صَاحِبِ ٱلأَمْرِ مُظْهِرِ ٱلْبَرَاهِينِ\
   *wa bilkhalafi alhujjati sahibi al-amri muzhiri albarahini*\
   and (in the name of) the Successor, the Argument, the Patron of the Affair, and the Demonstrator of Proofs,

951. أَنْ تَكْشِفَ مَا بِي مِنَ ٱلْهُمُومِ\
   *an takshifa ma bi min alhumumi*\
   (I beseech You in the name of all these) to relieve the grievances that I experience,

952. وَتَكْفِيَنِي شَرَّ ٱلْبَلاَءِ ٱلْمَحْتُومِ\
   *wa takfiyani sharra albala'i almahtumi*\
   to save me from the evils of predetermined ordeals,

953. وَتُجِيرَنِي مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ ذَاتِ ٱلسَّمُومِ\
   *wa tujirani min alnnari dhati alssamumi*\
   and to release me from the hot-winded fire,

954. بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ ٱلرَّاحِمِينَ\
   *birahmatika ya arhama alrrahimina*\
   (I beseech You) in the name of Your mercy, O most Merciful of all those who show mercy!

955. إِلٰهِي إِنْ كُنْتُ قَدْ عَصَيْتُكَ\
   *ilahi in kuntu qad \`asaytuka*\
   O my God, If I have disobeyed You,

956. فَإِنِّي قَدْ أَطَعْتُكَ فِي أَحَبِّ ٱلأَشْيَاءِ إِلَيْكَ…\
   *fa'inni qad ata\`tuka fi ahabbi al-ashya'i ilayka…*\
   I have indeed obeyed You in the nearest thing to You…

957. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ٱسْمِ اللَّهِ ٱلرَّضِيِّ\
   *alssalamu \`ala ismi allahi alrradiyyi*\
   Peace be upon the pleased name of Allah

958. وَنُورِ وَجْهِهِ ٱلْمُضِيءِ…\
   *wa nuri wajhihi almudi'i…*\
   and the light of His Brilliant Face…

959. اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ\
   *alssalamu \`alayka wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu*\
   Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you.

960. أَسْتَوْدِعُكَ ٱللَّهَ وَأَسْتَرْعِيكَ وَأَقْرَأُ عَلَيْكَ ٱلسَّلاَمَ\
   *astawdi\`uka allaha wa astar\`ika wa aqra'u \`alayka alssalama*\
   I entrust you with Allah and ask Him to keep you under His custody and to send blessings upon you.

961. آمَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَبِٱلرُّسُلِ وَبِمَا جَاءَتْ بِهِ\
   *amanna billahi wa bilrrusuli wa bima ja'at bihi*\
   We believe in Allah, in the Messengers, and in what they have conveyed to us,

962. وَدَعَتْ إِلَيْهِ وَدَلَّتْ عَلَيْهِ\
   *wa da\`at ilayhi wa dallat \`alayhi*\
   in that to which they have called, and in that to which they have guided.

963. فَٱكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ\
   *faktubna ma\`a alshshahidina*\
   So, (please, our Lord,) include us with the witnesses.

964. اَللَّهُمَّ لاَ تَجْعَلْهُ آخِرَ الْعَهْدِ مِنْ زِيَارَتِي إِيَّاهُ\
   *allahumma la taj\`alhu akhira al\`ahdi min ziyarati iyyahu*\
   O Allah, (please) do not decide this visit of mine to him (i.e. the Imam) to be the last,

965. فَإِنْ تَوَفَّيْتَنِي قَبْلَ ذٰلِكَ\
   *fa'in tawaffaytani qabla dhalika*\
   and if you cause me to die before that,

966. فَإِنِّي أَشْهَدُ فِي مَمَاتِي\
   *fa'inni ashhadu fi mamati*\
   then I bear witness in my death

967. عَلَىٰ مَا شَهِدْتُ عَلَيْهِ فِي حَيَاتِي\
   *\`ala ma shahidtu \`alayhi fi hayati*\
   to the same things to which I have born witness in my lifetime:

968. أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ أَمِيرَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلِيّاً\
   *ashhadu anna amira almu'minina \`aliyyan*\
   I bear witness that Ali the Commander of the Faithful,

969. وَٱلْحَسَنَ وَٱلْحُسَيْنَ\
   *walhasana walhusayna*\
   and al-Hasan, al-Husayn,

970. وَعَلِيَّ بْنَ ٱلْحُسَيْنِ\
   *wa \`aliyya bna alhusayni*\
   Ali ibn al-Husayn,

971. وَمُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ\
   *wa muhammada bna \`aliyyin*\
   Muhammad ibn Ali,

972. وَجَعْفَرَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ\
   *wa ja\`fara bna muhammadin*\
   Ja'far ibn Muhammad,

973. وَمُوسَىٰ بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ\
   *wa musa bna ja\`farin*\
   Musa ibn Ja'far,

974. وَعَلِيَّ بْنَ مُوسَىٰ\
   *wa \`aliyya bna musa*\
   Ali ibn Musa,

975. وَمُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ\
   *wa muhammada bna \`aliyyin*\
   Muhammad ibn Ali,

976. وَعَلِيَّ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ\
   *wa \`aliyya bna muhammadin*\
   Ali ibn Muhammad,

977. وَٱلْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ\
   *walhasana bna \`aliyyin*\
   al-Hasan ibn Ali,

978. وَٱلْحُجَّةَ بنَ الْحَسَنِ\
   *walhujjata bna alhasani*\
   and al-Hujjah (the Argument of Allah) ibn al-Hasan—

979. صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَجْمَعِينَ أَئِمَّتِي\
   *salawatuka \`alayhim ajma\`ina a'immati*\
   may Your blessings be upon all of them—are my Imams.

980. وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مَنْ قَتَلَهُمْ وَحَارَبَهُمْ مُشْرِكُونَ\
   *wa ashhadu anna man qatalahum wa harabahum mushrikuna*\
   I also bear witness that all of those who have slain and fought against them are polytheists

981. وَمَنْ رَدَّ عَلَيْهِمْ فِي أَسْفَلِ دَرَكٍ مِنَ ٱلْجَحِيمِ\
   *wa man radda \`alayhim fi asfali darakin min aljahimi*\
   and that all of those who reject them shall be in the lowest class of Hellfire.

982. وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مَنْ حَارَبَهُمْ لَنَا أَعْدَاءٌ\
   *wa ashhadu anna man harabahum lana a\`da'un*\
   I also bear witness that those who have fought against the Imams are our enemies

983. وَنَحْنُ مِنْهُمْ بُرَاءُ\
   *wa nahnu minhum bura'u*\
   and we disavow them,

984. وَأَنَّهُمْ حِزْبُ ٱلشَّيْطَانِ\
   *wa annahum hizbu alshshaytani*\
   because they are indeed the party of Satan.

985. وَعَلَىٰ مَنْ قَتَلَهُمْ لَعْنَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمَلائِكَةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ\
   *wa \`ala man qatalahum la\`natu allahi walmala'ikati walnnasi ajma\`ina*\
   The curse of Allah, His angels and all the peoples be upon those who killed the Imams,

986. وَمَنْ شَرِكَ فِيهِمْ وَمَنْ سَرَّهُ قَتْلُهُمْ\
   *wa man sharika fihim wa man sarrahu qatluhum*\
   and upon those who had any role in killing them and those who were pleased for their having been killed.

987. اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بَعْدَ ٱلصَّلاَةِ وَٱلتَّسْلِيمِ\
   *allahumma inni as'aluka ba\`da alssalati walttaslimi*\
   O Allah, as I begin with invoking Your peace and blessings upon them,

988. أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلِيٍّ\
   *an tusalliya \`ala muhammadin wa \`aliyyin*\
   I pray you to bless Muhammad, Ali,

989. وَفَاطِمَةَ وَٱلْحَسَنِ وَٱلْحُسَيْنِ\
   *wa fatimata walhasani walhusayni*\
   Fatima, al-Hasan, al-Husayn,

990. وَعَلِيٍّ وَمُحَمَّدٍ وَجَعْفَرٍ وَمُوسَىٰ\
   *wa \`aliyyin wa muhammadin wa ja\`farin wa musa*\
   Ali, Muhammad, Ja'far, Musa,

991. وَعَلِيٍّ وَمُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلِيٍّ وَٱلْحَسَنِ وَٱلْحُجَّةِ\
   *wa \`aliyyin wa muhammadin wa \`aliyyin walhasani walhujjati*\
   Ali, Muhammad, Ali, al-Hasan, and al-Hujjah,

992. وَلاَ تَجْعَلْهُ آخِرَ ٱلْعَهْدِ مِنْ زِيَارَتِهِ\
   *wa la taj\`alhu akhira al\`ahdi min ziyaratihi*\
   and not to decide this visit of me to his tomb to be the last,

993. فَإِنْ جَعَلْتَهُ فَٱحْشُرْنِي مَعَ هٰؤُلاَءِ ٱلْمُسَمَّيْنَ ٱلأَئِمَّةِ\
   *fa'in ja\`altahu fahshurni ma\`a ha'ula'i almusammayna al-a'immati*\
   and if you decide so, then (please) include me with these Imams to whom I have referred.

994. اَللَّهُمَّ وَذَلِّلْ قُلُوبَنَا لَهُمْ بِٱلطَّاعَةِ وَٱلْمُنَاصَحَةِ\
   *allahumma wa dhallil qulubana lahum biltta\`ati walmunasahati*\
   O Allah, (please) cause our hearts to be subservient to them by showing obedience to them, well-wishing,

995. وَٱلْمَحَبَّةِ وٱلْمُؤَازَرَةِ وَٱلتَّسْلِيمِ\
   *walmahabbati walmu'azarati walttaslimi*\
   love for them, support, and submission.
