From the authority of Jabir bn Yazid AL-Ja'afi, Abu Ja'far (a) said: whoever offer this supplication once in his life time, he will be written among those that are free from slavery and will be written in the register of the Imam (a), and will be called with his name and that of his father when Imam al-Mahdi rise up, then the book will be given to him and it shall be said to him, take the covenant book for your covenant with us in the world; that is the saying of Allah which says:\
« إِلّا مَنِ اتَّخَذَ عِنْدَ الرَّحْمنِ عَهْداً » {save those who have taken with the All-mercy covenant}\[1\]\
Then offer the following supplication while in a state of purification:

Shorther different Invocation after every obligatory daily prayers for the renewal of allegiance for Imam al-Mahdi (a)\
Allama Majlisi in \*\*Bihar Al Anwar, Volume 83, Page 61\* narrates from the book, “Al-Ikhteyaar” of Sayyed Ibn Baaqi, that Imam Sadiq (a) said, “One who recites this supplication after every obligatory daily prayers, will certainly get the privilege of seeing Imam al-Mahdi (a), in sleep or otherwise.
